Great place...

Our PianoDisc electronic player piano stopped working suddenly and we wanted to get it fixed before our Christmas party. Mike squeezed us into his schedule and was to come at 4:00. He called me shortly after 4 to say that his previous job was running long and he wouldnt be there until after 5. He called later to say that he was stuck in traffic (I saw on TV that there were two accidents on 275). He arrived shortly after 6:00 and got the system working. He also made some adjustments to the player and it sounds better than it did when we first got it. He also took some time to show me how to more efficiently use the iPad control to the system. As a physician, I understand how things can take longer than you expect and I appreciated that he took the time to do the job right and came late at night during the holidays- some would have just turned around and gone home. Would definitely recommend him for any issues with player pianos- really seems to know what he is doing.

I have an old 1922 player piano,Michael came and tuned my beautiful old piano,he did a wonderful job and it sounded great,it is now due for another tuning,I will definitely be calling on him again very soon!

Avoid!!! I have to agree with the other reviewer...if you hire this company to work on your piano you will have difficulty ever getting a hold of them....getting the work completed...having them show up on time, etc... If you hire them you will have your time wasted and you will be flushing money down the drain. AVOID!!!

This guy was paid to help and tune a piano we bought, when we called himhe said he was working with boys scouts and would call back in about 90 min, after about 2 hrs I called back and he said he would be calling in about 10 more mins, ok 40 min went by and no call back so I now have a $7500 piano that was over priced on what he stated the value was by $3000 and no help or tuning, look out for this guy SCAMMER and a lier
