If you havent tried their Blackeye Pea Salad, its a must try! Their homemade vinaigrette has the perfect tangy flavor and the veggies are chopped fresh, crunchy and delicious! Its also vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free!

Im really fond of their pimento cheese & the pimento cheeseburger has quickly become my go-to anytime I see them out, paired with the black bean salad.

Had their food for the first time at Paradise Brewing. Dont typically like pimento, but tried their bacon, lettuce and pimento and it was excellent. My husband had the hamburger, great bar burger, good sauce and cooked well. The people were also very nice. Hope they come back.

Excellent service. I had the best tuna melt ever! Chefs Ryan and Ashlee struck the perfect balance between creamy and crunchy. The steak sandwich was my husbands choice and he was equally pleased with the quality of the meat and the way the salsa complemented the seasoning on the meat Two thumbs up!!

The Stellar burger is exactly what I imagine when I want a burger. If I had a bucket of the black-eyed peas I would still be eating them. I would eat them until I explode. What a treat!

Enjoyed the pimiento dip and the chicken wrap, both delicious. Ryan was very attentive when we had their food at Grainworks Brewery, made sure we liked the food, had enough, etc. Extremely sweet young man. I would have to say theirs is the best food truck meal Ive had!

Best food I ever got from a food truck!$

Ordered Lemon Herb Shrimp, $8.00. A little over-priced, I felt. There were only 5-6 small shrimp (not the small cocktail or salad shrimp, but definitely not large or jumbo) and they were very tasty and fresh, and whatever herb marinade they had on it was very good! The salad portion was just shredded iceberg but 2 impressive things - 1, the dressing they put on it was phenomenal! 2, it was actually freshly cut, you could tell, because it didnt have that gross chemical taste that pre-cut bagged lettuce has. I also ordered chips and salsa, $5.00. Also, overpriced. The chips were typical bagged tortilla chips although it was a generous quantity (if they were homemade, Id say its worth $5!), but points for a homemade salsa. The salsa was very tomato-ey and fresh tasting, but lacked seasoning. Im not a salt person, but if I had some, Id have added a bit to it. Maybe some zip somehow, nothing super hot.Overall, Id probably not order those two items again even though they were very tasty. I just felt like it was not worth $13. If the price came down a bit, Id definitely consider it.

They stopped by our office complex and there was one word to describe the food - FANTASTIC -- I had the Chimichurri Pork Loin special and it was Tender, Moist and very Flavorful.

I recently enjoyed food from their truck, and the emphasis is definitely on enjoyed. Their bacon chicken ranch wrap was completely worth the visit to the truck. I am always impressed when I enjoy food I wouldnt normally, and that is the case with their bacon bleu broccoli side. While I dont normally like broccoli salads SSEs addition of bleu cheese and bacon turned it into a win for me.Before ordering I passed on a sample of their pimento cheese on toast points as this cheese is also something I rarely enjoy. After a little taste of my wifes sample I also ordered a full order for us to share! And then I went back to buy another container to take home!!If you have the opportunity to visit the Stellar Street Eats food truck head straight for the window and order some of their deliciousness. If theres something youre not sure about give it a try; youll hopefully be pleasantly surprised!
