Ive only been working in this office a few short months I am a employee to Kevin Johnson who owns a unit in this building called Maggys Home Health. Ive seen and heard nothing but good things so far. the place is always clean. my bosses office is so nice, its a quite building plenty of parking and very convenient to many things. I like how Jillian keeps all the renters of the units updated. she is very professional. and so far I have liked the activities this office building participates in such as the food drive. I think more offices should participate in holiday décor (just my personality) and I think there should be some kitchen space, other than that IM SOLD. I would def. start up and rent one of these offices out.

And that is exactly what it is for us, the perfect small office. We have plenty of room for the two of us that work here. The building is kept clean and is well maintained. The folks here are friendly and the manager is very responsive to your needs and concerns. CMC Beechmont is in a very good location. I have been here for 15 + years and I dont plan on leaving. The building manager, Elizabeth Papa, is the best we have had. She is outgoing, friendly and easily accessible. She is great at handling any problems in a timely manner and goes out of her way to ensure a nice environment. I caught her cleaning the baseboards in the hall last week! If you are looking for a good place for your small office, you should consider CMC Beechmont!

CMC Beechmont is a wonderful office space in a perfect location. Management is very helpful and the fellow tenants are all very friendly.

If youre a new or established business and looking for an affordable office space, this is the spot. Susanne Warner-Reidy the manager is always available for questions or the rare concerns. In addition, the coffee is always hot at the front door when you arrive. SA Nichols has been a tenant here for many years now (seven) and dont plan on leaving anytime soon.
