Samantha Harris of LifeStance Health was outstanding. Her approach was sincere, informative and compassionate. She brought a conversational style that was insightful and helpful, sympathetic and therapeutic. She is well-read on the latest behavioral techniques that fit my personality. I couldnt be happier with the eight months of consulting with her and finding solutions that made me happier and more self-assured.
My therapist is amazing. I’ve been in and out of every kind of therapy for the better part of 30 years. If it exists, I’ve tried it. Jasmine listens intently and when I ask her for a specific kind of help, she gives me outside support groups and her own knowledge on the subject. She’s never late on appointments and makes me feel that she’s really invested.
They really seem to care and listen to what you have to say. Just started so I will see how it all goes! Praying for help!
Benjamin List was very respectful and cordial. He was thorough in his initial appointment with me, making sure he had all of the information correct. He was able to make a medication change by the end of our appointment. I feel comfortable having another appointment in two weeks.
I work 60 hour weeks and don’t appreciate getting multiple automated phone call appointment reminders on Sunday morning. Maybe take some of the money you saved from cutting staff and get a phone system (or learn how to use it) so you don’t harass your customers.
I really like using the telehealth video call for me cuz I have health issues and dont really like to go into doctors office for appointments but I will. Its easy to use.
I never signed up for LifeStance, but they wont stop sending me bills. Ive called, left numerous voicemails, sent emails, and yet I keep getting bills from an appointment I never went to. I made a ZocDoc appointment, IMMEDIATELY cancelled it, and had to call and confirm my cancellation 3 times because LifeStance kept sending me Dont forget your upcoming appointment! emails. FFS get your records straight.

I have find the services I get from LifeStance Health to be professional and very helpful. My therapist is concerned about my well-being, is flexible in scheduling additional sessions when necessary, and is helpful in trying to unravel my issues and guiding me to a better understanding of my options.
So far I have only had phone visits, but I am very pleased with my Psychiatrist thus far.
This place is extraordinary in mental health care. Ive been seeing psychiatrists and therapists for 4 years now in Cincinnati and they are by far world class. Jasmine Shafto is one in a lifetime psychiatrist. She is compassionate, understanding, and has an advance knowledge on new ways and medications for different mental health issues. She is also expertly trained in different medications and reactions that may have with other meds. There is no other place that I would trust with my mental health needs but this one.
Awful experience. The psychiatrist is difficult to reach, did not message me back even weeks later. The company changes its name every two years so thats a red flag. Would not recommend.

Dr. Shafto is not only gets extremely high marks in skills and experience, she also gets them for being pleasant and considerate. She takes feedback and suggestions, from me as a care provider, and utilizes these in care. I cant think of anywhere better to go for psychiatric needs.
Awful. After I am able to get my prescription refilled, if Im able to at all, I will not be seeking out this offices care ever again. Extremely unprofessional and entirely unreliable. I have been trying to get in contact with my doctor for weeks now regarding my prescription refill, which I need in order to properly function. Each time Ive called Ive sat on hold for over twenty minutes before I finally had to give up and leave a voice mail. Ive received one call back and it was during a time I told them I would be unavailable. This is awful. This offices complete disregard for a mental health patient is very hurtful. I would not suggest this office to anyone that requires a reliable provider.And what is also very sad is how much I loved Shafto when I spoke with her. She seemed very compassionate and I did feel heard by her. But this office is completely unorganized and very unreliable and thats just unacceptable.

No one picks up their intake line,once you fill the online application you get a call and if you need some time to look at the other therapists and get back to them you cannot reach them on the same number, that happened to me! I wish I could say good things about this place especially since I cannot even proceed with the therapy due to their inability to get in touch for intake.
Ms Shafto is very sharp minded psychiatrist and overall a real nice human being, she talk to you like a friend and treat you like a human who is suffering and not just ANOTHER CASE. My wife love her as well. My Young also very humble, I wish I could talk more to him.Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who has any mental issue. USHARIF

I have called more than 3 times now. I was not connected to any operator working the phones or answering incoming calls/booking appointments ON EVERY OPTION AVAILABLE WITHIN YOUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM. So whatever option i/you chose/choose to use. IT DOESNT $UCKING MATTER!!! Why have a call center or the option to entertain the ability to have a LIVE CONVERSATION with another person THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE/BEING PAID, FOR THE TASKS AT HAND THAT ARE THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO DO FOR THE CUSTOMER... yet you allow those working under you to enable the thought of choosing NOT to do the task at hand. An action that is specific and pertaining towards them to do their job??? Basically why do I the customer have to go through the hassle of calling your location multiple times IF YOU ARE WORKING WITHIN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASPECT OF BOOKING APPOINTMENTS AND GIVING GENERAL INFORMATION THAT IS REQUIRED FOR SOMEONE TO BE AWARE OF THE SERVICES YOUR OFFICE PROVIDES??? ANSWER THAT PHONE WHEN ANYBODY CALLS ITS YOUR JOB!!!
This is from Marlene, wife of David. My 1st visit with Jasmine was very good. She took her time explaining he new Rx to me, and all of the downsides if taking it. I am 73 soon to be 74, so there are many Rxs that could be bad for me.Brookana put me on a medication that I could not take my Oxy,, due to death, so I changed therapists. I love the way I was treated, after going with Jasmine.
Jasmine is amazing! She will respond to emails even on the weekend. She is so easy to talk to and has great insight.

I called in January to schedule an appointment for grief counseling after losing four family members within a very short time frame. I was told that Dr. Byerly-Lamm was booked until March. I scheduled the first available appointment for March. A few hours before the appointment, the office called and left a voice mail telling me that Dr. Byerly-Lamm had to cancel and I needed to call back and reschedule. I called back and gave my available times and asked to be rescheduled asap as I had already waited three months for this appointment and had to take time off from work to attend. I was told that I would hear back from Dr. Byerly-Lamm in about 3 days. It has been one month and I never received a callback. Thank goodness I was trying to schedule an appointment for grief counseling and didnt have a mental health crisis. Im incredibly disappointed with how unprofessional this office is.
I arrived 20 minutes early as instructed to fill out my paperwork. My appointment was at 9:00 am, my therapists first appointment of the day. When I made my appointment, they gave me a door code to let myself in. No one was in the office when I arrived at 8:40. No receptionist, no therapists. Yet all the doors to the front desk and the therapists offices were wide open, with files left out on the front desk (hello HIPAA violation!)I waited alone for 30 minutes. My therapist then showed up at the office (10 minutes after her appointment with me should have started....). She gave me the paperwork, which I filled out in about 2 minutes while she disappeared. She came back 10 minutes later to start my appointment (now 20 minutes late.) Of course, she still ended it on time and billed me for the entire 60 minutes.I recently got a call reminding me about my upcoming appointment, when I have not scheduled any appointments. I half expect to get billed for that one, too. These people really need to figure out how to run an office.
I called this office in February to make a new patient appointment for today, March 9th at 11:00am. When I arrived to the Anderson location to sign in, the receptionist said without a hint of empathy that I didnt have anything scheduled and that she couldnt help me. When I called the central office, they told me that I made an appointment for February 22nd at their location thats more than 1 hour away from where I live. Why would I make an appointment at a location thats so far away from me when theres an office right down the street from me? Also, I called after February 22nd to make my appointment for today, so I dont know how the hell they managed to set my appointment for a day in the past. The woman then asked me if I wanted to make another appointment with them. Why would I do that?! You are a business that is supposed to understand the human mind and help people! Why would I give you my money if you cant even understand the concept of time?!
