I am a new client of Dr. Gupta’s. I first researched online and sent a message about the services I was interested in. I got a call immediately and had my consult scheduled within days. I was so excited.On consult day the team was so welcoming from the first moment I walked in the door. We went over my options, pros of each procedure and a plan on what our goal outcome would be. Within a few days I had a blepharoplasty. The whole procedure went seamlessly. Today I am 1 week post op and my eyes are looking brighter. I am so happy with the results so far and the true results will show In The upcoming weeks.

I don’t have pictures as of yet, but I can post that later. I had my Body tite procedure yesterday along with Lipo. Dr. Gupta was amazing, she took her time on my procedure. Not once did I feel rushed. I talked my whole procedure and told her my story. She went beyond with the kindness she showed me. Her nurse Sarah was very nice as well. I cried for an hour after my procedure that’s how great I was treated. I feel blessed for sure!!!! I hope that many others choose her as their Dr. because I’ll be raving about how great she was to me. Such a blessing for sure.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED ! First off it didnt begin with this outcome. Initially i had a consultation; with a very nice and professional lady. She discussed with me my concerns and then gave me a recommendation for services. I agreed and scheduled a date for services to began. A deposit was taken from me. And i departed office. I came back and was ready for service. I entered room and waited for Dr. Gupta and she came in. She wasnt even aware of what was discussed with me and her assistant. At that point i was uncomfortable with continuing anything else; i was no longer comfortable with her providing services for me; and chose not to continue. She offered to do a facial with my deposit; so she could keep my money. I didnt want any services from her. I wanted my money back. She is money hungry and has no integrity. I suggest going to someone else that is fair, aware of what information is circulating in their office. She will reap what she has sowed. Karma.

Dr. Gupta and all the staff at the office are so very helpful, professional, and understanding regarding several concerns I’ve been dealing with for years. Definitely do NOT RECOMMEND!!!!After waiting 90 mins past my scheduled appointment time, Dr Shalini Gupta with her atrocious bed side manner finally entered the room. Didn’t bother to introduce herself or apologize for the delay. Looked at the notes (information I had told her receptionist on the phone when making my appointment,)baring in mind this was my first time to this office. And as I started to explain further she interrupted me saying we needed to hurry since she had to leave to bring her mother to an appointment at 1.10pm. This was at 1.05pm. I said I would really prefer not to rush especially since I had waited so long to which she replied “well you can always reschedule!” To be perfectly clear I was not having a cosmetic procedure. My medical procedure and “consultation” lasted all of 10 mins. She was rushing so much she squirted me with the steroid in the face. I had my 4month old baby with me who started to cry because he needed to be fed and she had the audacity to tell me she doesn’t normally allow children in this office, all the while still not apologetic for the delay, there wasn’t a peep out of him for the entire 90mins she had me waiting in the waiting area.Highly unprofessional rude woman. Oh and did I mention she charged me $2200 for this wonderful experience?! You couldn’t pay me to go back to this dirty dysfunctional office or suffer that ignorant disheveled woman ever again!!I hope this review saves some other person from making the same mistake I did, save your time and money and go to an actual reputable group!

Dr Gupta is a quintessential professional not to mention a rare beauty. I had Vaser Lipo done in her office and while I realize it is a cosmetic procedure, the health benefits I realized after the fact made it worth a million to me. I suffer from PMR and what felt like carrying a 10lb bag of potatoes around my neck everywhere I went and the humiliation of looking 9 months pregnant at 60, this procedure has given me a new lease on life. I feel physically better without all that fat suffocating me. I breathe better and the PMR pain has lessened significantly. The added bonus is the cosmetic part in that I am now able to wear clothes I haven’t worn in over a year a size down and counting. Dr Gupta is the best!

You are in and out quickly and there is no push for you to get additional procedures, you get what you ask for and they educate you on whatever else you are interested in but dont pressure you to get it. I agree with the people on here saying that this doctor is just a money hungry charlatan. I also have a strong feeling that the positive reviews on here were bought from a Chinese data farm. I was talked into Ultherapy. DO NOT DO IT. It does not work and this is well documented. Dont be like me a look it up AFTER you spend three and a half thousand. This %$# even had the gall to say to me, I hope it works for you during the freakin procedure, which is non to pleasant. My heart just dropped, but I was too polite to make a scene right there. I went home and looked it up and by then my heart pretty much was in my feet. I did try calling to discuss his with the doctor, but she had zero time for my concerns. Im out a LOT of money and have nothing to show for it. Gupta just prays on your insecurities and runs away with your credit card. Do yourself a favor and go to a dermatologist that accepts insurance. That show that they have an actual interest in medicine and not just money.

I have been to a few places for services and was usually frustrated by their defined areas per treatment. I LOVE that Dr. Gupta will work with me to achieve the results I want . She listens and has an amazing talent for accomplishing the look I want. I cant imagine that that is an easy thing to do. I dont worry about harsh results anymore, I will continue to come back. I found Dr. Guptas practice through a reference from a co-worker to evaluate for hair loss before trying something more aggressive like a hair transplant. Dr. Gupta mentioned she has had really good results with a PRP treatment. She took time to explain the science behind injecting my healthy cells into an area that potentially has damaged cells to stimulate growth. I ended going for the treatment that day and by her recommendation scheduled a follow-up treatment 6 weeks later. Initially I was disappointed expecting immediate results, but starting at week 2 my wife noticed new tiny hairs in my scalp and by week 4 I had full new growth! On my follow-up appointment Dr. Gupta thought I responded really well to the treatment and recommended we hold off on another treatment to see if I would need it! Beyond excited at the results. Image below on the right is when I first went in and on the left is 2 months after! Since then, my wife has been in for a few minor procedures and has also been extremely satisfied!

I went for a lower face ultherapy. I was told 2500. She came in and said 3500. That she wanted to do under my chin. And woukd do under my eyes for that price as well. As the procedure went on she suggested doing under my forehead hairline. And then around my mouth. Not discussing the charge at all. I had botox that was to b done on forehead and lower mouth. She just started putting it under my eyes without asking. When I walked out I was hit with a 7500 bill. I threw a fit. I was charged 1000 for botox. Which is uneven. I am left with burnt feeling skin and deep lines under my eyes.

I have been a patient for many years but wow! Every time I come in I feel like Im the most important person to Dr. Gupta. She always takes excellent care of me. It started with me wanting a little Botox for my angry frown lines, which I continue to get even now along with more recently loving how she shaped my lips. Most recently I went in to get rid of my belly fat and outer thigh bulge. From my consultation to my procedure and afterwards, her and her staff have been very caring like my cheerleaders. I feel positive about myself, well taken care of and in the best of hands. I recommend Dr. Gupta enthusiastically!

Dermatology laser and vein center is the only place I go for skin fillers. Dr. Gupta is very good at it, and to top it up, she is very friendly.

Read the negative reviews, BEWARE, I have had multiple charges higher than told. I am always getting sold high cost procedures. I feel the botox I get never has good results or filler. Doesnt last long waste of money! The results are minimal to say the least, at high cost! I have been there many times and finally realize its just not worth it!

Dr. Gupta and her staff are welcoming, professional and experienced. Dr. Gupta listens to and cares about her patients. There is no pressure to sell procedures. I had filler and botox injections. I would let no other professional provide that service for me. Results are amazing!

Dr. Gupta is like an artist, a sculptor. She knows exactly what to do to enhance your beauty. I would highly recommend Dr Gupta.

I and other family members of mine have gone to Dr. Gupta over the years. for everything from mole removal, acne, and residual effects from long term prednisone use. Each time, Dr. Gupta has been wonderful and the results have been excellent. She and her staff are awesome. Highly recommend!

The first time I went to the office I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Gupta was very attentive and answered all my questions. I was delighted with the amount of time she spent with me.

If there was an option to not give a star at all, I WOULD! My visit to this office was the worst experience I have ever had. The doctor is clearly only concerned with taking my money and did not even listen to my concerns! The office was out dated and looked like it had not been cleaned in months! Not only did the doctor ignore my concerns, but she attempted to administer previously used product! I will never go back to Dr Gupta, nor would I recommend her to my worst enemy. Please save yourself the trouble and schedule with a REAL BOARD CERTIFIED dermatologist or cosmetic physician.

DO NOT GO HERE! PLEASE!! They give you a price over the phone and then BOOM! Suddenly you owe $1400 for simple Botox that you can get for $500 anywhere else. I’ve got it several times and never paid anywhere near $600 let alone $1400!

As a man in my mid to late 30s I was hesitant to take the steps to even consult with a doctor about my insecurities. My neck, jaw line, and area around my eyes have been gradually getting loose as I have aged and spent less time focusing on myself. I met with Dr.Gupta and her staff and immediately felt comfortable.
