We had been looking for an honest and hard working cleaning company for a few months. We are a multi location business and our office staff had just been keeping up with taking out trash and keeping things straightened up as well as we could. The owner came and met with me and was very honest about their policies and procedures and spent that extra time making the personal connection. I even had a staff member point out that on their tile floor they noticed that the cleaning crew had gotten into the previously untouched corners and cleaned up the dog hair from her therapy dog. This is a terrible company to try to work for, Ive tried over 20 times in the past 4 months at different times of the day and several times throughout those days to speak to someone about possible employment. No one ever answered the phone or called me back after leaving several voicemails. Today I FINALLY was able to reach someone there by the name of Craig and after telling him about my numerous attempts and sharing with him in a polite manner, about my concerns of not being able to get in touch with anyone there or having my messages returned. He got upset and said he wouldnt hire me because I belittled him!! I believe that this company screens calls and recieves potential employers information from caller ID and voicemails, then without authorization they run checks on individuals to determine if they will call them back or answer the phone!! I will have the state agencies look into this matter as I believe I was not giving a fair chance to even apply for a position and feel it was because of my race! Now you have a review that tells the truth about your retaliatory employment practices. Thanks Craig 👍...
