HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BUSINESS-> Read on. . I called for a cleaning service to be performed. After speaking with a person on the phone I was told I was scheduled for this friday and the local rep would contact me. They needed my credit card to hold the reservation, . Now they have cancelled and have my credit card info. I guess Ill be watching the bank account now. Bush league amateur hour at best. Do not use this awful unorganized company. Also apparently cancelling by email without the common courtesy of an actual phone call is the norm for these individuals. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ecomaids does an excellent job. They have been cleaning our home monthly since last year. They are thorough and detailed. We have been very happy with there service after trying several others. Always responsive to our feedback. They also accomodate schedule changes as they come up. Recommend using them.

What a fantastic job they did cleaning our home! Im a stay at home mom and my one year one year old child gets into everything and leaves her bread crumbs everywhere. It was so nice to have Eco Maids clean my house with products that are much better for my family. I found it easy to trust in my home and some my baby. I will be using them again!

Ecomaids has two fabulous owners and a very friendly and enthusiastic staff. The owners have always been detail oriented, thorough and very reliable in their property management business and I am excited for them to start this new venture! The cleaning staff is Excellent! The attention to detail has made my home feel like a five star hotel. The windows have never been cleaner. I like that their cleaning products are chemical free and therefore pet safe. The staff is already like family and my dog loves when it is cleaning day! Give Ecomaids a try, you will not regret it and besides you have better things to do than wash windows :-)

Eco maids is a wonderful business to rely on if you’re a busy professional like me, after work I’m so tired and so is my wife it’s nice knowing my family can come home and be a family and not worry about cleaning on top of our busy lives. I find them invaluable. They work around my schedule and always show up on time for my cleanings I even had them add my office. They’re timely respectful trustworthy professionals and the young men and women working there are always friendly and helpful. I would and do recommend them to anyone!!!I also love that all of their cleaning products are natural and eco friendly and leaves my home and office smelling fresh and clean.

New client. I Contacted EcoMaids on a Friday and was scheduled for initial clean by Tuesday. During the introductory phone call, they asked very detailed questions and also looked up home on auditors site for square footage. The area supervisor called the day prior to intial clean to review/confirm home and cleaning details- very thorough.Initial Clean: Very impressed with quality, attention to detail and thorough walk through once the team finished clean. Water spots were even removed on refrigerator. The cleaning team displayed the upmost professionalism and excellent communication concerning specifics about the clean. I believe a lot of their success is due to their 64 point cleaning checklist that they complete once clean is finished. It ensures all items were not only completed by completed to clients satisfaction.EcoMaids will now clean our home weekly. I will complete follow-up review on weekly clean as this review is strictly on initial clean.
