Dr. Kurtzman and is entire team are incredible!! I have been receiving Botox for years by Dr Kurtzman. When I finally decided to have my upper blepharolasty, I easily chose Dr Kurtzman! The procedure was completed in the office with ease! It was over before I knew it! I am so happy with my results!! I look more well rested and am finally able to enjoy putting on make-up!! I cannot begin to describe the level of care, skill and just overall incredible experience I receive every time I walk into Dr. Kurtzman’s office. His staff are the most kind, calming and accommodating. They answered every question, every concern and made me feel like I was heard every step of the way. I can’t even begin to sing the praises of this practice! They made me feel like family from start to finish. They made me feel comfortable and well informed on the decisions I was making. I also had to share some uncomfortable medical history and they assured me I was not to worry. After surgery I had direct access to a nurse from the practice and she answered all my questions and checked on me even when I wasn’t asking questions. Dr. Kurtzman called me personally to check on me after surgery. This meant a lot to me. He could’ve easily had an assistant do this, but him taking personal time to check on his patients speaks volumes. I will continue to go to this practice for all my cosmetic needs and I would recommend him to everyone!

KPS is absolutely amazing! I get my Botox and lips done by Dr. Kurtzman and he quite simply kills it - it’s always extremely natural and I am always obsessed. I also go to Jean for my facials, Microneedling and peels and she’s INCREDIBLE! She really knows her stuff. The staff are super friendly and welcoming when I come in, I always look forward to my appointments.

Thank you Kurtzman Plastic Surgery for making me BEAUTIFUL for my wedding day! Its like night and day when I look in the mirror today versus when I started going to KPS back in June. I started getting skin peels there in June 2020 for my wedding in November, since I was very uncomfortable with my skin. I worked with Jean the entire time, and she treated me like her own daughter. She was patient, trustworthy, honest, kind, and made sure I felt right at home during all of the appointments. I grew to trust her opinion a lot, because shes so knowledgeable! She guided me toward specific peels that were better for what I was looking for and based on my skin type (I have rosacea). She also gave me bundle deals and was honest about skin peels that werent a great fit. I also ended up doing microneedling with her too, which ended up being a breeze! Ive suffered from migraines since I was 11 yrs old. Ive been on 7 different medications with crazy side effects. Getting Botox has been a life changer! It really has decreased my migraines by half each month. I highly recommend trying it. Theres no side effects and Dr. Kurtzman was familiar with which sites worked the best for treating migraines.

I had my first consultation yesterday, and I cannot express how stoked I am that I found this office. I am a very easy going person BUT I was beyond nervous, I have attempted to meet with other surgeons offices BUT I knew as soon as I walked in this was the place right right in the door I fell in love with everyone! Wouldn’t recommend this group. Would recommend a different group where they have good customer service and take the time to educate you & answer your questions. This was an extremely disappointing experience and I will not be going back

Wonderful surgeon and staff. They made me feel safe and comfortable. Dr. Kurtzman does amazing work and truly shows care for his clients. I recieved a phone call from Dr. Kurtzman directly the day after my surgery checking on me and gave me his cell to call him at any time with any questions or concerns. How many Doctors do that?!

I did a copious amount of research before I chose a surgeon. Since I was having a facelift, it was extremely important that I choose a Doctor that would listen to what I wanted. I could have chosen anyone and could not be happier with the results I’ve gotten with Dr. KURTZMAN! I look amazing, and feel great after just 4 days.... I can’t imagine how much better it will be when I’m completely healed. Highly recommend!!

Dr Kurtzman, Jennifer, Jenn and Claire are a wonderful group of individuals that have made me feel so welcomed and accepted. Dr Kurtzman has made me feel so confident and Jenn does an awesome facial. Jennifer and Claire are the sweetest office staff one may have to greet patients!

Dr. Kurtzman and team are amazing!!!! My Botox is spot on and my skin is wrinkle free. It’s hydrated and feeling so smooth after my HydraFacial and dermaplane and the practice Manager is so nice, fun and easy to talk to! Defiantly referring friends, and looking forward to my next treatment!

Dr. Kurtzman resolved an issue for me that others could not. It was simple and easy and brought comfort to me.

Let me start off by saying this is my first negative review, ever. Dr Kurtzman performed a chin implant procedure on me. I was so excited to get the surgery done, that after it was completed, I did not bother to thoroughly examine the implant positioning because it looked better than it did before. I finally had a decent size chin and Dr. Kurtzman said the implant was fine! Now 4 years later, I started to feel my chin implant poking through my gums (below my teeth) and causing numbness/pain in my lips. I scheduled an apt with Dr Kurtzman, and my mom came to support me. We drove 2 hours from Columbus to only be spoken with for 10 minutes. Dr. Kurtzman said the implant was fine and that it cannot be fixed, as it is complicated. He also told me it is impossible for the implant to move/shift and that my face was already asymmetrical. He did not take after pictures of the procedure and wanted me to prove to him the implant shifted. It was clear he did not want to take responsibility or fix the implant, although I was willing to pay for him to fix his mistake. He wrote me an Rx for a chin xray to get proof. I got the xray, although the lab had no clue why he would request an xray and not a CT scan. My orthodontist did a CT scan, which showed the implant sitting on the side of my face right over top of my mental nerve. I then sent the xray and CT scan to Dr. Kurtzman. I never received an email or call back, even after sending several emails and calling the office. I knew at this point I would not trust Dr. Kurtzman to ever operate on me again. I had been through so much already, and the fact Dr. Kurzman did not even care about my situation or that he screwed up and could cause me permanent nerve damage, blows my mind. I decided to research facial plastic surgeons in Columbus and found one willing to take on my case. He was shocked that the pocket created for my implant was way too big and way too high, which caused my implant to shift up to one side, which he believes happened right after surgery. He had never seen anything like it before. The new surgeon was able to take the old implant out, which he confirmed had completely migrated to the side of my face right on top of my mental nerve. He put in a new implant with wings, which was the correct shape for my face, unlike the implant Dr Kurtzman put in. The new implant looks amazing and was 1/4 of the price Dr Kurtzman charged me! So glad I went to get a second opinion and found a surgeon who actually cared about his work. I do not recommend Dr. Kurtzman, as he only cares about the money. Lesson learned!
