I have had physical therapy here several times over the years. This includes aqua therapy in one of their two pools. The therapists are, in my opinion, great. Always with a lookout to your comfort, yet still making sure they are doing all they can to ensure your therapy progression.Although Ive never had the pleasure of working out in the gym, or running on the indoor track, I have seen them and was very impressed. The Pavilion has so much to offer it would take pages to list it all. And though membership may be a bit on the expensive side, it doesnt compare to the benefits they offer. The facility is always neat and clean and Ive never had a bad experience at the Pavilion.
Its a wonderful facility which Ive used for years. Im limited to working out in the Warm Water Pool (formerly named Therapy Pool). My issue, which Ive shared with management prior to COVID, is allowing swim lessons during therapy time. I hope todays swim lesson during Tuesday morning therapy time was an aberration and that swim lessons in the warm water pool will limited to scheduled swim lesson time slots which I respect and avoid. I came to practice walking on my newly replaced ankle and the walking lanes were being used for therapy (appropriate) and a swim lesson which involved splashing and use of the remaining walking lanes. It was an excellent swim lesson which, in my opinion, should have been conducted in the main pool or outside pool. My sons and I learned to swim either outdoors or in a regular pool -- not a warm water pool.
Everyone at Trihealth is very friendly! The staff are very nice and you can tell a lot of people working out here know each other. It’s welcoming for people of all sizes, fitness levels, and ages. That being said, the facilities are really old - machines are old, mats are old, and it’s very dingy. The locker rooms, gym floor, and pool areas desperately need to be thoroughly cleaned and given new carpet, paint, lockers, etc. None of the cardio machines are even new enough to have individual screens or adaptive courses. The weight floor equipment is functional but tired-looking and mismatched.
Been visiting since January 2021 and it is a great a place to get fit. It is family orientated and cross generational.
Definitely following COVID-19 protocol and greeted by friendly faces. My doctors office is located in this building and I always want to just go work out or buy some workout clothes etc. I always have to remind myself to focus. It gives me a good sense of “okay ness” never associated with places like these.
Huge facility. 3 pools, 1 warm water. PT, and doctors offices.
Just went for a Dr visit. Always clean and inviting
I go here for physical therapy due to a car accident. I love how accommodating and understanding the staff has been. My husband became ill and as a result I had to miss over a week of therapy. They worked with me and continue to be caring and understanding.
Love this place. The physical therapy department is amazing!
I have always heard amazing reviews about Tri Health. My Husband and I signed up right before COVID. Unfortunately with everything we decided to terminate our membership in early July. We noticed recently we were still being charged. I called and spoke to Marshall and he notified me nothing can be done but he will cancel it again on his end. I thanked him and asked for a manager to give me a call. Michelle called me today and unfortunately wasnt the most pleasant to speak to. She told me there is nothing that can be done. I said well how do I know it was canceled, she then said I can send you something in writing. I said to her well isnt that coincidental you see it cancelled on your end now and I got nothing in writing to verify it until I am asking and I didnt before either. I believe she caught her mistake because I now received an email Please complete, sign and return the attached form to finalize your membership termination. When she stated I see you are all canceled and nothing else needed to be done.Extremely unfortunate because he was excited to go here and I have heard great thing minus their membership department and now I realize I should have kept a better eye on things. I spoke to my cc company and provided all of the information and will be following up with a dispute there.
I have been a member here for several years. This place has great equiptment and great extra amenities like a warm water pool, hot tub, track, and basketball court. I only wish they would have more open free time in the basketball gym and stayed open longer than 8pm . They were open till 10 before the pandamic but 9pm would help several people in not feeling rushed in their workouts.
I only visited a Doctor office at this location. It is very handy for me and they have lots of free parking close to their building.
Clean and bright. Good selection of workout equipment, 2 pools, indoor track, outdoor course, and courts.
Great doctors cool atmosphere really friendly people
Did coronary therapy after bypass surgery. Staff was excellent. Well worth the 12 weeks.
My cardiovascular rehab is progressing, and as I go to each session I feel improvement with each exercise I use.
Being a member for over 20 years, I look forward to my workouts four or five days a week. Facilities are outstanding. Trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They provide excellent fitness programs for all ages. Cafe serves quality food and Starbucks coffee. Good place to get in shape!
Love this place, nice people, great facility! Highly recommended it!!
TriHealth Pavilion is a superior facility- very clean, well staffed and mostly very adult. The fitness equipment is excellent and I truly appreciate the self-monitoring aspect of the machines. The fitness staff is generally very good. They are very supportive of the members who are older or have special needs. The locker rooms are nicely appointed and maintained. The quality of classes are very good. My only wish is that there were more classes offered in late afternoon/evening hours for those of us who still work. We used to go to Blue Ash Y and switched after my husband did therapy in the warm water pool. It is nice to work out without sharing the facilities with running, noisy kids. Dont get me wrong- I am a teacher- love kids and also enjoy getting a break from them!
So disappointed in this gym! FIRST TIME using my membership today. Lifetime Fitness in Mason way better value, family friendly, and better/newer equipment. The two women running the front desk were less than helpful and just plain rude. I will be canceling my membership today.
Screening at checkin desk was fast.we were directed to the correct floor.
Friendly and very helpful people. No attitudes and i go at the end of the day. A lot of choices to choose from, very clean and professional
Staying in shape .. great facility
I did my physical therapy here and I loved it! My therapist was good and the kids center was great for my daughter!! The people really care about your child! My daughter enjoyed it! Definitely will return!
Have been going here for the past month for the Aqua Baby swim class, and we LOVE it! My husband and I take turns each week swimming with my one year old and hes really improving each week! The trainers are great and Im super glad we chose this class. We are moving to Florida and will be pool owners, so it was super important to us that we introduce our son to water ASAP! Also super affordable and a really nice facility.
They have it all. One of the best health Centers Ive seen. It would be nice if the heart rehab personal were more professional. Their personal life does not need to be up for public discussion. I feel more talk and listening to people present for rehab should be there prority.
My Dad is doing the Cardiac Rehab after a recent heart attack. This group of folfs are so friendly, supportive, and really care about the patients & families. First visit was yesterday and they already have us feeling like we are part of the family!! Thank you all!
Excellent facility..
I started here as a student of Karen Sims in her excellent cancer survivor rebuilding fitness course, and have come to love the staff for their mix of competence and courtesy. As well, the facilities are top-notch, from the pools and workout spaces and free classes to the towel service and other features of the locker room.
Much to my dismay, you can’t go there to train as an astronaut and they’ll yell at you if you bring your own equipment. I’m trying to start my own space program because the aliens told me to.
After an exhaustive search for where I would join, this is the best gym in Cincinnati... and the price was comparable to Mercy, which was outdated. Three different pools (one outdoor). Tons of machines, if thats what youre into. Good selection of free weights, benches are never tied up with people. Indoor track is nice and open. Good selection of included classes for whatever you like to do. Very knowledgeable personal trainers and class instructors.I know it seems like I must be getting paid to post this, but I assure you I am not. I am just really happy with this place..... They also have a smoothie bar, which is really nice.
This place has given me a new lease on life. From the time when i could barely walk right after my stroke. I regained my ability to walk in to walk in warm water month after month month until i lost 270lbs and with the staffs support. Ive kept it off for three years.🙌
Absolutely a fantastic place through and through. From the aquatics to the gym and to the dressing room, its absolutely nice place to workout, I feel comfortable there. Feels like it has a private feel. Very nice
TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion is complete with everything I need for my fitness and health. I like having all of the various options of using the weight room, indoor track, indoor pools and the wide variety of group fitness classes. The group instructors have all been very receptive to questions to help me in their classes and most classes are available at convenient times. The staff has always been very polite and welcoming.
The atmosphere at this facility was warm and courteous. So many departments for therapy, physical therapy and training. The trainers for the elderly was the icing on the cake...
Convenient location. Massage therapy.
I love the friendly, personal greeting I get when I walk in the door (Thank you, Lisa!). The trainers are amazing (thank you Jill and Keith!) . I feel at home at TriHealth. I dont have to wait for equipment and the pools are awesome! There are so many free options to choose from with the fitness classes.
I’ve been a member here for several years. We love being able to bring our children and get a solid workout in. The kids center is great, the staff is fantastic. The classes and the assortment of equipment are great. They hired a new aquatics person who is really nasty to patrons. She makes up rules for the pool area, yells at children, and never has a smile on her face. It’s too bad, because the pool is something we used to really enjoy. Marcie needs some more training in the Trihealth customer service standards.
They have the best nurses that help you get the right program you need they are so friendly and make sure you are not over doing more than you should i fully reccomend this place for cardio rehab
The facility is clean. It smells like a pool. There is a little shop. On the 3rd floor there a spa. The newtritionest we see has us on a great program. The doctor is great and like working with her. Thanks
Great place! Tons of options, great trainers, great facility, and friendly staff. Theres always someone around willing to answer questions or demonstrate equipment and its great to be in a place with members of every fitness level represented. Cant recommend it enough!
Super friendly people, lots to do. Swimming, fitness, running, basketball, classes and more. Loved the giant hot tub in the mens locker room. Definite plus after swimming to wind down.
This place, tho expensive, is fantastic. Everything is so clean and maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Great choice of personal trainers if you need that level of health mgt. Even have a newly remodeled cafe with healthy choices galore.Workout equipment is current and there are numerous styles ro accommodate your style or restriction. Two large swimming provide room for water workouts. Adult gym and kiddie gym also onsite. There are numerous programs ongoing that allow nonmembers to participate with members, so bring a friend!
Great personal trainers from PT to fitness. Clean facility with all the gym, pool, and exercise machines you would expect.
I have been a member for a good many years and have made some great friends with the early morning group in the warm water pool. Everyone is so nice an encouraging whenever someone is going through a rough time. Most of the employees are very helpful and friendly. Also the physical therapists that have patients in the warm water pool are very nice and caring.
Going through phys therapy. A little painful but worth it! Steven and Lorraine are great
Weve been members for a little over a month now. The Kids Life Center is perfect and our kids love it, giving us the time we need to work out. Staff are friendly, amenities are top-notch, and facility is well-maintained.
Great facilities and great staff who really want people get better
I have been a member for over 5 years and have been very satisfied with my membership. TriHealth offers an outstanding facility and a wide array of classes. The maturity of the clientele was an unexpected plus.
State of the art club. This place has it all. Extremely clean. Polite knowledgeable staff. A little pricey but a lot for the money.
Nice staff
I like the friendly and helpful employees of our pavilion. I enjoy being in there for exercise and swimming. This place is very clean, well organized and has all the necessary equipment for our needs. I thankful to the great team of Trihealth Pavilion.God bless you!
I have taken several classes over the years...now that I am older I do a aqua deep water exercise...hopefully twice a week...I have met some wonderful ladies that I now think of as friends...
Great staff. Fantastic place to exercise. During the summer, the pool is the best. A very comfortable, friendly place.
TriHealth Fitness and Health Pavilion has everything you need to help you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The equipment, programs and the facility are second to none and the staff is excellent.
I love the Pavilion! All are welcome and feel comfortable regardless of age, size or fitness level. Staff are awesome and always willing to help. There is something here for everyone!
Great pool for therapy but kids in at the same time is a bit difficult
Very nice facility. They offer lots of amenities
Getting older, but still very nice! The staff is what really shines here, very helpful!
Loved temperature of therapy pool. They finally put santizer on wall near toliets for handicapped. Shouldve been put lower for person sitting down. I had asked for months. They did it after l complained on social media
The Pavillion is an excellent place to to come whether it be to work out or soak in the hot tub after a long day at work. I am very pleased with the pavillion.
Facilities are clean and in great shape. Wide variety of classes from exercise to nutrition to health. Availability of Integrated Health - Acupuncture, Spa, etc. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy, available parking. Indoor & Outdoor pools, whirlpool, sauna, etc.
I love working out here! The variety of programs are good to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful!
The staff and facilities are great. Was late a couple of days no problem.
LOVE my physical therapists Eloise, Lori and I Tee
The team in Physical Therapy including Steve, Andy and Jodi have been extremely helpful to me in my recovery after a bilateral knee replacement. Thank you so much.
Well maintained and Very Good Physical Therapy dept.
Big open views being indoor feels like you are outdoor doing rehabilitation. I think The concept is unique and excellent.
Fabulous aquatics teachers, pools, staff, facilities, other members, tracks! We try to visit five days a week and we thoroughly enjoy ourselves every time.
My wife and I discovered Pilates Reformer classes about 2 months ago and also an excellent Pilates instructor, Marie! My wife andI are nearly 70, and we both feel at least 20 years younger since we started Pilates. Also, the TriHealth Fitness Pavilion is a wonderful and friendly facility. Also, a special thank you to Caitlin for her help and assistance!
Great place to put yourself back together.
This is the best gym Ive ever been too.
I love everything about these facilities! Friendly staff, clean and contains the best equipment and services around!
Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced and supportive staff. Wonderful facilities and programs to address all of my health and physically-related needs.
I have had migraines my entire life. I have had surgery that didnt help. I was on a lot of medicine and waneed a better way. Now my medicine is cut by 75% and headaches improved greatly.
If Health and fitness at any age is your goal this is the place to receive the best results!!!
Excellent facility! Excellent Service! Great Doctors!
Nice facility, great staff. The personal trainers are very professional and knowledgeable.
Great facility, wonderful staff, equipment is well maintained, large parking lot.
Clean, helpful staff, lots of excellent programs
The staff is friendly and always willing to help or answer a question. There is a big variety of exercise equipment and workout options available. The facility is very clean.
Great place to get physical and aquatic therapy, exercise, spa and relax.
Great health facility the doctors see your doctors and stuff
Great Place. Friendly People. Good work out equipment. I really like doing Tae Kwon do in the warm water pool
The facility has almost everything I need for the exercises that have been recommended to me by the therapist and the doctor. Great programs and staff, too.
I can workout in peace or ask for help from degreed sports professionals.
Great place to work out with great equipment and classes!
Friendly service, hepled out alot!
This is an excellent facility with wonderful staff.
Good equipment and a friendly atmosphere. The staff that run the main desk and check folks in and the ones who are on call on the second floor could not be more helpful. i like the fact that i can track how much I work out and lift on the kiosk on the second floor. I wish the wifi had more band space and also is the connection login screen really necessary? In almost all places once I sign-in successfully (say at a resturant etc) then every time thereafter that i come back my phone or tablet recognizes it and I am automatically logged in. At TriHealth I have to manually connect each time. I dont see why that is necessary? Recently the individuals who care for the mens locker room are doing a good job with the towels and a pretty good job with repairs --sometimes a soap dispenser or shower faucet will be out of order for a bit long. A faucet probably depends on the availability of plumber but i think soap dispensers should be fixed right away? One other thing. Not to sound biased but recently there has been an infux of younger men in the locker room. That is fine but someone should remind them the policy is NOT to leave you gear. underwear, shoes bags etc sitting on the bench during a workout or shower. Also many of these millennial age (by no means all of them) leave their dirty shower towels on the floor and walk out. This means the TriHealth staff has to pick up after them. Maybe more signs are in order? But over all this is a great gym and I am glad that I am a member. Ive been a member for over 20 years.
The whole place really focuses on taking care of people and the spa is open to the public, you dont have to be a member to get a massage or facial.
Excellent place to get a workout in, go daily.
This gym is the cleanest facility with a wide variety of state of the art equipment. My favorite by far!
Been having therapy here twice a week and seeing a lot of improvement
All the equipment one could want. Very nice and helpful staff. Plenty of parking.
Helpful staff and trainers . not too crowded . good facilities
Too many naked men running around the locker room inappropriate dont get in the hot tub naked thats not cool there should be a policy
Best gym/health care facility in the area.
Its always busy, has a fakeness, the member ship is to high, the environmental is overworked, they have only certain physical trainers you would like, the people who are members do the most gross things ever in the locker rooms (men and women) they dont follow guidelines that facility has in place. Its not a place I would join.
Facilities are superb however the prices are extremely high.
