Staff are great! Old gym built many years ago. Well maintained and cared for. Cardio equipment is newer (treadmills, bikes, stair steppers, rowing machines) but weight machines and free weights are older. For $15 a month, GE employees and family members can join. It has a 25 yard? multi lane indoor pool, indoor track, outdoor track too.

Decent selection of weights and equipment. For GEAE employees and family, its difficult to beat the value. While you might look elsewhere for high-performance work, this is a great gym for general fitness, provided you qualify for membership.

One of the few gyms Ive been to that has a pool! The workers are very friendly and have newer equipment. They do have classes that you can attend. The locker rooms are a bit outdated.

Great facility. They keep the gear updated and have quite a variety. Love the pool.

I always get my iron pump on here!Needs more squat racks but overall not bad.

One of the best benefits to being a GE employee is having access to this wonderful fitness center. Great hours, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a full suite of equipment, machines, and classes.
