Our business requires me and my wife to travel, and utilize corporate-type, short term leases. When we arrived, Angela was there to greet us, show us the property, and make sure we were comfortable. The home that we rented was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. Aaron and GSP provides the best deal in Cincinnati, without question. If you are an intern/co-op, or are in a hurry to find a good place to live, this is your best option. The convenience and service that he provides is unmatched. Literally all you need to bring to a GSP property are your clothes and toiletries. Everything else (furniture, appliances, kitchenware)is provided and is of good quality. The best part is the flexibility in the lease if you are unsure how long you will be in town. The owner, Aaron, was quick to respond and very helpful with a variety of requests made by my company for use of one of his corporate housing locations. The prices can not be beat for all-inclusive corporate, co-op, or intern housing. I highly recommend this company for its professionalism and convenience.

I stayed at Aarons properties twice and both times were excellent experiences. As a co-op student, its often difficult finding housing and more than often landlords are not flexible with the time frames you seek. Aarons not like that, hes awesome enough to work by the week or by the month and that really helps. You also cant beat how utilities are fixed with your rent, theres a minimal cost for laundry but honestly I dont think I could find a better deal that combined internet and electric within my rent. Other places I stayed in Cincinnati always upcharged, but Aaron stays fixed. Likewise when you move in, everything gets cleaned and on top of that you have all the furniture you would need.But more than that, hes a great guy. Any time theres an issue, hes always prompt to respond and figure out how to solve the problem. Hes reasonable and always helpful and very easy to get along with. If youre looking for something for a small time frame or even longer, I would highly recommend Gold Standard Properties!
