As a realtor I utilize Lawyers Title all the time and I hav always found their staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.When ever there was a problem they always respond and bend over backwards to get the closing done.

I asked for copies of paperwork I signed at closing and they refused to provide it saying they didnt understand why I needed it and it was too much work for them to do. I even said I would come to their office and make the copies myself but they still insisted it was too much work. I am afraid of what they are trying to hide. Unprofessional, I would not recommend them.
