I have had several contracts with them. I am appalled and can not believe this is what it’s come to. Nurses should never be treated like cattle in a herd. The one time I have voiced my concerns with the assigned lodging they dismissed my concerns and immediately labeled me and several nurses. I’ve never as a nurse felt so belittled. Black Mold, Rust, Mold on shower curtains and mold on curtain drapes and I was told others didn’t mind and I should just be compliant with it. Instead of allowing me to choose different accommodations I was told find my own way home left stranded and canceled my contract. Voicing a concern should never be treated in this demeanor.

I have worked with ProLink since Spring 2020, Crisis Response. I am never surprised with a hidden caveat. My recruiter is responsive and I work with him well. ProLink has shared increases in Contract rates with its Nurses. One contract I received 3 rate increases because ProLink received them. Some companies do not pass this along. I appreciate their fairness. Working Crisis, I have had early cancellations of contracts. Its the nature of the beast. But ProLink has my back. Always had another offer within 24 hours, sometimes same time as when notified of cancellation. Money is always important for travelers and honestly they pay very well, benefits are good and choices are available, which I like because everyone has different needs. Pay is on time. The only time I had a short check it was resolved same day and deposit was made same day. I always walk into the job knowing what to expect. No one is blowing smoke about how great it perfect anything is. I plan on staying with ProLink for the long haul.

I recently signed a contract with Prolink with the hopes of awesome experience to help a hospital and explore a new place. Prolink was responsible for travel and lodging. On arrival to the hotel, I found mold, dust, and broken appliances in my room. Following the chain of command, I reached out to the accommodations team and they assisted in finding myself and a few other nurses another room, which also had mold, dust and broken appliances. I asked if there was another accommodation for myself, as I have asthma and this is a SAFTEY ISSUE and the accommodations team Rose Beras and Natalie told me to pay for a room out of pocket if I wasn’t happy. Bear in mind, my contract was for Prolink to cover lodging. Additionally, precious nurses that reported unsafe or unsanitary lodging were moved to a resort hotel while I was notified the following day my contract was terminated for requesting another room. I emailed the account manager Patrick Eagan, and my current recruiter and all Patrick did was tell me I am terminated effective immediately. This company has no integrity, and I am sorry I ever signed a contract with them.

I am so thankful for ProLink! I am thankful to work for a company who loves people and loves its team members. Prolink knows how to truly serve others and I am proud to work for a company that promotes professional development and personal growth! This company is world class and works so hard to maintain a strong culture for those working from home or thousands of miles away from their home. The phrase “Prolink family” is not one to take lightly. It is TRUE and Prolink does a wonderful job at making sure others feel as if they are a part of the Prolink family too! I would encourage anyone to jump at the opportunity to work for this company. It is really special!

I have worked at Prolink since November 2020, and it has been the biggest win Ive ever had! They took me in when so many companies were laying off/not hiring due to COVID. They are the most giving and high energy company I have ever worked for, with many nice coworkers and Tony, the President/founder of Prolink, very present among the hundreds of amazing people who work for him! Even out of those hundreds of faces on a companywide video meeting, he called me out for having palm trees in the background and chatted with me directly! Another awesome luxury is the ability to work from home and still feel connected to the Prolink family, while being able to take care of my dogs and be home with them throughout the workday! Prolink has so much opportunity to grow in any direction you want, and I am so thankful that my friend Amanda got me a career within the company!

I have been with Prolink since fall of 2019. I was apprehensive about travel nursing but needed a change of pace being a new empty nester and still in my 40s. Ive been mostly in LTACHs. The work is hard and challenging but I feel the pay, support, and good communication from ProLink and my recruiter Kory helps me be successful and feel rewarded. I have never had an assignment with them, this review is for their response rate. I signed up with them on their website, advertising “a quick reply”. Nothing ever happened. So I proactively reached out to them. Three different recruiters, in fact, (@Samantha, @pschwartman, @jhanson) as well as social media accounts and still no reply. Demonstrates that Prolink has no problem with wasting the times of potential job seekers.

Did not feel supported by this company. Policies changed multiple times within a day. I was notified of tasks to complete with only thirty minutes before they were due. When I was made aware of what I needed to do and sent all my documentation in, I still needed to scramble before my assignment began since Prolink procrastinated to review my material.Any questions I had were not responded to in a timely manner. When they were finally acknowledged, the responses were vague and unhelpful. Would not recommend this company to my friends 🙅🏼‍♀️ from my experience, they are very disorganized and put the pressure on you for things you don’t even know about.

My mother Karen McDowell applied for a position as a travel nurse through prolink for a position at a banner health facility. With 19+ years of L&D experience, She was more than qualified. She was interviewed and subsequently offered a contract for a position with a client that She was told they were doing all screenings and interviews for. She signed the contract with prolink to start working on 12/7/20. Booked her flight and secured housing for her travel assignment which would start in 2 weeks. All she wanted to know was what her net take home pay would be. The recruiter Janelle and at account Manager Rowan were very elusive. She could not get a straight answer. In fact, she was told outright to have her personal tax accountant or attorney figure that out because prolink does not give information on net take home pay. They canceled the job offer and said they do not want to go forward with hiring her because she kept asking about net pay. They told her that If she wanted to go through another company that she should do so, knowing out right that they made all decisions for hiring on be half of banner health thunderbird. She decided to continue application for position same position and of course they being the hiring company have black listed and colluded against her for a position that she’s well qualified for. I hope banner health sees this review. I will make sure they do.

This company is horrible. I had a wonderful job of 5 years where I was very happy. Prolink healthcare reached out to me and said they has an opportunity at Mercy. The pay was better and benefits also. I finally interviewed which was at a Starbucks on my lunch hour. That should have been my first red flag who interviews at a coffee shop. Regardless I met with Tori the offer sounded great. I put in my two weeks notice at my employer. Again prank came to me. I started at Mercy heart institute. I went to work every day and thought all was good. After 3 months I was told it would be a temp to hire. The office manager who I might add walked around the office calling g herself a princess and queen B sat me down and said my attendance was an issue. I went to work everyday. She then said some lame excuse about the computer. Ok whatever she kept me for 3 more months. I continued to work everyday and improve due to her standards. I get a call on a friday from pro lnk recruiter stating that due to providers being out for a week I could take the week off or work at another office. A little confusing but I was GUARANTEED I WAS GOING BACK TO MERCY AFTER THE WEEK WAS UP. I WAS TOLD I WAS DOING A GREAT JOB AND THEY WERE GONNA HIRE ME FULL TIME. Well after the week was up i did not get an email so i texted the office manager. This was on a Sunday night. She finally texted me back a d said sorry we no longer need you. The recruiter at pro link not only lied to me but could not even call me. Here I thought I had a job and was take g a week off a d I lost my job. I bought a new car that Saturday because I literally thought I had a job. I ended up getting the car taken because of fraud saying g I worked for a company and I didnt. I out down 1000.00 for a car. I called pro link to try and tell them I had no idea inwas not employed at the time of purchase. They told the finance company I quit the friday before. Another lie. They told me I could work one day on a friday and keepnme on payroll. HELL NO. I am very lucky to have a job that I love in a medical office. I found it and was truly blessed. NOT THROGH PRO LINK. Ashley said she had a job for me but when she called one of my references, quickly decided that I made them up (even though she spoke with them). I then gave her THREE more references and she refused to call them. Every time I called her after that, she would lie to me and tell she was calling them. Little did she know I was constantly asking my references if they got a call from her and none of them did. After a while, I simply gave up. I wish Ashley wouldve just told me she wasnt planning on working with me instead of wasting my time and causing frustration. If I could give them half of a star I would. This was my first and last time using an agency . The recruiter told me that the process was long and that she was pretty sure she could get me hired so she basically hinted at don’t ‘apply anywhere else’ or she would be mad. I had an interview with Prolink first and then I interviewed at the hospital with Pharmacy Manager and went back for shadowing as well and the Pharmacist liked me so she offered me the job...I was excited !!! I paid all this money for TB, BLS, Scrubs etc .... I was supposed to start work on Monday 7/9/18 so on the FRIDAY before; the recruiter randomly told me I had to complete all these computer trainings or I couldn’t start work on Monday. It was about 7 hours NON-PAID !!!!! I spent my whole day getting them done... Here comes Monday and she came up with every excuse on why I couldn’t start.. Monday; Excuse ... Tuesday Morning; Another Excuse...... so then on Tuesday Afternoon the recruiter called and said the Pharmacist didn’t want to move forward anymore because I kept getting an 89% on one of the test in the ;keyword; TRAINING’ course .and I needed a 90%, .... That was a dumb reason for her to change her mind and I honestly think it was another reason and they just came up with any excuse . I did everything in a timely manner with them. I was very dilligent . Mind you I already quit my job on Friday when she told me I had to complete all these trainings ... I WILL NEVER USE AN AGENCY AGAIN .
