Recenty my girlfriend had a dental emergency over Memorial Day weekend. We were fortunate enough to come across Merit Dental. I called for my girlfriend who was in absolute agony with a severely infected tooth. We got arrangements for immediate care on Tuesday AM. More importantly Shawna showed us compassion and care that is rare to find in this day and age. She truly cared and helped us get the care my girlfriend needed. She is doing so much better now but I know without the caring attitude and disposition from Shawna this would be a much different story. We are eternally grateful for Shawna and Merit Dental!

Ive only been here twice but both times it was absolutely wonderful. All of the staff has been incredibly pleasant and accomodating. The building is clean and minimal and not uncomfortably fancy (which is a plus imo after my experience with my last spa-like dentist). The prices are very reasonable and they do really good work and want to make sure youre comfortable the whole time. Ive had a cleaned done and two cavities filled and it was about as painless and stress-free as a dentist trip can be. They offer sedation dentistry which I was considering for my cavity fillings but honestly, I found that I didnt need it. Would absolutely recommend

Awesomw staff! They worked magic to get me in so my insurance wouldnt be lost. I also really appreciated the time and care the new dentist demonstrated. I was a little freaked out and he was very patient. Lastly, I appreciate the thorough pandemic practices.

I have been going to Merit Dental for a couple of years now. I love it. They’re always so warm and welcoming. They get you in and out while still doing a superb job. They also try to keep you with the same hygienist which I love because they’re more familiar with you.

(2019 Update)Still the best dentist & best medical and office support staff! And all the latest innovations in equipment....I’ve been a patient for about 15 years. Nine years ago I moved 1½ hours away, yet it’s more than worth the trek, to get my work done at this level of quality, comfort, and friendliness. I’ve never had a moment’s pain, even though I’ve had extensive work: tooth implant, crowns, and fillings. And I truly appreciate that Dr. Levy and his staff are willing to schedule extended appointment time for me, so I can minimize the long trips.(Written several years ago)I believe I’d be classified as “possibly fanatically particular” about the quality of health care I purchase. I always research a provider and get references from medical professionals I already know and respect. Choosing Dr. Levy is a decision I’ve been very satisfied with. His work is first-rate, as are his technicians and office staff. Seven years ago, my plan was to get my teeth in top condition during the last 5 years of my employment life, when I had insurance & a flex account. That meant having extensive work done, including fillings, crowns, and an implant. Through all this, there was never pain, just occasionally discomfort. And I was actually able to relax in the chair once I began to trust him.

Relaxing bedside manner, very calm and competent staff that are also really friendly and caring. No shaming, just encouragement and kind words. This is the best dentist Ive ever been to. I live about 2 hours away from this office, but I trust their work so much that I will not go anywhere else. Dr. Levy seems to be at the very top of his field, truly. His staff is wonderful too. Youre in good hands here.

Dr. Levy has been my dentist for over 20 years. Due to insurance coverage I was not able to see him for the last ten (10) years. Now my insurance has changed and I am able to see him again. It was just like I never stop seeing him. Everyone in the office was friendly, polite and accommodating. Dr. Levy examine me and took time to explain what I need to have done and gave me different options. The visit was like I never left home!

I started going to Dr. Levy three years ago after my dentist of many years retired. Ive had a couple of crowns replaced since then -- and Ive never known of a dentist who works so quickly and painlessly. He and his staff have created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that really puts you at ease. I especially appreciate how he responded when I had a weekend dental crisis just before I was to head out of town on business and vacation. Dr. Levy was able to see me over the weekend and schedule me with an oral surgeon on Monday. Granted, I realize that such an accommodation is not always possible, but he clearly cares about his patients and is willing to jump through hoops to take care of us.

Ive had several dentists and have needed extensive work done over the years. Dr Levy and his staff have been top notch. He has been the most painless dentist I have ever had and never even felt the shot. He is gentle and very meticulous with his work. They double checked to make sure it was accepted and that was above and beyond what I expected. My hygienist, Amy, was a pleasure to meet. She was kind and explained everything that she was doing and seeing. Dr. Levy was efficient and provided me the straight information on a particular tooth and what needed to be done but wasnt pushy. No pain and amazing results! I have a severe phobia of dentists, Dr. Levy was the BEST. I had a difficult issue, Dr. Levy was able to fix and saved me from extractions and correct the issues. I enjoy my biennial check ups at Dr. Levys office. He has dental hygienist who are professionals that spot issues before they become big problems. They communicate using up-to-date technology. First experience as a new patient with Stuart Levy DDS. My hygienist, Amy welcomed me to the practice along with any dental history I wanted to share. I had no problem admitting that a dentists chair is far from my favorite place to be. Amy was great and had exceptional patience answering the questions I had, which were probably more a nervous stalling technique on my part than genuine questions.Bottom line for me is that I felt comfortable (or as comfortable as I was going to be) and all the staff were very accommodating. A 4-star rating in my book could help to change the way I feel about going to the dentist. I look forward to continuing my dental care with Stuart Levy DDS and would most definitely recommend them to others who may need a little comforting like me.

I went searching for a dentist over a month ago and saw the reviews for Dr. Levy and decided to give him a try. With my past experiences with my dentist I needed a new one and Im happy to report that Dr. Levy and his staff were professional and know why they are doing. I felt very comfortable in the room. The staff walked me through everything and Julie made sure I knew what she was doing as well as showed me photos to help explain. I had to wait 3 weeks to get in because of my schedule, but the staff called me more than once with cancelations to try and fit me in earlier.Update: Ive been going to Dr. Levy for 3 years now and I couldnt be happier. Ive saved about how great Dr. Levy and his staff are that now my sister has made the change. This facility is clean, friendly and everyone there makes you feel comfortable. Great first experience, June was very professional and friendly when I first came in. I only had to wait a few minutes then went back for a cleaning and x-rays with Amy, she was great too...its hard to find a hygienist thats professional, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate Dr. Levys watch and wait approach to a little spot on a tooth, I didnt feel pressured for (what might be) unnecessary dental work.

Dr. Levy and his team really made my dream come true by fixing my teeth! I waited for so many years to even ask a dentist of my options but never felt comfortable moving forward. As soon as I called Dr. Levys office, I was brought in for a consultation and they ended up scheduling my procedure for the next day! Dr. Levy has been my dentist for about 16 years. He is a terrific, personable and effective dentist. He runs a great office. My normal hygenist is Julie who is amazing. If Julie is out I am happy to work with any of the other hygenists, while they arent Julie, they are all great.I would recommend Dr. Levy and his outstanding staff to everyone.

Having a fear of dentists since childhood, visiting Dr. Levy and his staff was a pleasant experience.The most important issue for me is the smell of a dentists office. Dr. Levys office does not wreak of the normal dentist office smell - you know what I am talking about - the smells that emanate from filling, grinding and drilling teeth to root canals to crowns to whitening. That clovey-like smell. And, just for giggles, lets not forget the plethora of chemicals, antiseptics, cements and molds smells.The office takes great care in making the patient feel calm and less anxious which was such a relief. I am not fearful about going back for the work I need to have done because I know they care and take great care in their patients comfort.

Terrible dentist I ever went to and crappy hygienist. Beware this guy try sell you veneers, i told him i notice one my tooth is slight moving and his answer is veneers and why not just veneers all my teeth. Why the hell would veneers all my beautiful teeth over one slight tooth move and how would that solve the problem as my tooth will continue to move.Something creepy about this dentist as he smile at your and see dollar sign go cha ching in his eyes.I wouldnt let the hygienist do my dog teeth. Anyhoo i found a fantastic dentist in other area and amazing hygienist and unbelievable adorable prices. I cant believe i had over paid this places for half ass work.
