Dave Hand and the staff at Custom Home Elevator was great. Dave knew exactly what needed to be done to get my house ready for their installation. The installers arrived on time, observed healthy practices and cleaned up each day they worked. The installation and placement of equipment in machine area is neat and to my specifications. Installers adjusted lighting, explained operation of elevator and what to expect. Elevator makes lower level of our home much more useful. We love our elevator!

Great service, fair price. Mike W, my service tech, was professional, knowledgeable, and agile! My elevator stopped at the upper floor. He threaded his way through the attic to reach the access hatch and elevator release quickly. The people here have serviced my elevator since installation in 2003. I am happy and recommend them.

I had a stairlift installed over 3 1/2 years ago. Today I called the service department on a Sunday because of a problem. The technician I spoke to was so nice and helpful! Very great company to deal with - very hands on from the salesman Dave to the personal in the office. Everything was done in a timely manner and very professional. The installers James and Robert was great - never made a mess and explained the operation of the unit very well.
