I am a kid and I go to Brain balance and the staff are really nice and it has really helped me in School

Found out my dyslexic daughter has visual perception issues which makes her dyslexia worse. After 6 months in Brain Balance program, her reading has drastically improved and her reading is much more fluid. She now writes detailed stories because she isnt struggling to get her thoughts on paper. The new owner has changed the culture and customer service drastically in the last 2 years. Highly suggest giving BB Cincinnati a chance to at least evaluate your child.

We have been attending the brain balance center in Cincinnati for 4 months now. The staff is always friendly and willing to work with children where they are at to achieve goals to help with personal academic / body awareness struggles that impede on their growth. The staff is so caring and positive everytime we are here.

Even after her second appointment we are seeing major differences in her overall behaviors!!! Worth every penny.

My son has non-verbal autism and they refused to see him at all. Sure they help kids, but not all kids. Some kids apparently arent good enough to go here. Thanks for even giving him a chance Brain Balance.Update: Upon reading my review, got a call from brain balance and they told me that whoever had told me they wouldnt take my son was wrong and they actually would take him. I appreciate this but after getting more information I found out that it is too expensive for us. Thanks anyway Brain Balance

My child was evaluated by the staff of Brain Balance Cincinnati and I was promised a complete report. When they finally sent me the report it was nothing but graphs. How am I supposed to understand these graphs with no information to go with them?? When I called (several times) the director was always out of the office and unwilling to speak with me. When I finally received a call from another staff member they said that they were unwilling to write up a complete report. DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!

Environment and staff are so friendly and helpful! I felt right at home.
