I ordered from the Xbox shop and it’s been over a week and I just want a update on my package, I can’t find any customer support I just wish things were easier for the customers (update) they were helpful and ended up helping with everything I needed, thanks.

This is a prime candidate for zero stars if I could give it. The absolute WORST. If you are buying anything from a site they manage (i.e. WBstudios store), STAY AWAY. The refuse to answer emails, they have shady return policies that are seemingly changing minute by minute, and their actual job (to ship and provide goods) is laughably horrendous - at least if they werent still holding onto my money and not returning my emails.Consider yourself warned.UPDATE - I bumped up to 3 stars because the company eventually got back to me and made things right. I was given a full refund and told to keep the item. I appreciate the gesture, but wish the service experience had been more customer-oriented from the start.

An absolute joke of ecommerce. Promises 1 day fast ship, tales your money, then provides 1-3 week shipping (NOT delivery) timeframe.Refuses refunds and holds your money hostage.Idiotic at best, fraudulent at worst. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered on the xbox gear shop two months ago and havent received any update about my order. No replies to my emails and no answer to any questions. Very unprofessional. Never ordering again.

I ordered a History Channel Curse of Oak Island ornament, and they sent me the completely wrong ornament. There was no phone # given to call so I could get the right ornament sent. I emailed with the email address given, and a response from a real person has not been sent yet. Very, very poor customer service.Update: I did receive an email back, and they did send me the correct product at no charge to me. I appreciated how they rectified the situation. So updating my rating. The ornament is high quality.

For an E-Commerce company servicing a major national client (The NBC Store) they seem unreliable and unresponsive, and difficult to contact directly. I have never heard of a customer service with no way to contact a human, only an online response note and hope that they can promptly return a message. In this case, they charged extra for guaranteed delivery, and a week later still had neither shipped nor notified us of the true status.
