I needed items on my credit report removed to get a approved as a licensed loan originator so I called the first credit repair company I saw on BBB. It was the best decision I could have made. I worked with a guy named Charles and he was exceptional with his service. I was on a tight schedule and Charles was extremely responsive. He also was quick to solve issues on my report which would have normally taken a while to remove. He gave me some valuable advice on what to do to make sure my credit always improved. Overall it was great service.

Charles is great. He is literally a text away. He returns calls immediately. I knew going in, that this was a process and wouldn’t be something that happened overnight. It was definitely worth the wait. All in all, it didn’t take as long as I had anticipated & my credit is only getting better by the day! Complete credit repair is amazing!!! When I contacted Charlie about 7 months ago I was lost in debt with poor credit. Now I just bought my new home. I was very nervous to go to someone for assistance with credit and almost just accepted I will never be able to build up my scores. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. Ive been with them since the beginning of May, and in that time Ive gone up almost 150 points, and with no signs of slowing down given the implementation of strategies on their part. They helped me to fix issues out of my control, went over my reports with a fine tooth comb, and Charles took as much time as I needed to fully understand the situation. I can recall at least a handful of times him and I got on a call at 8 oclock at night to discuss a piece of mail or something popping up on my report.A word of advice: If you are thinking of using these guys I highly recommend it, HOWEVER, give these guys 90 days to work their magic. Nothing with credit comes overnight, and alot of the biggest jumps Ive had in my credit have only come very recently.These guys are worth every penny, and if you need proof? I started with a 500, and I just got my pre-approval letter to buy my house today. 4 months it took them to do that, and I still may well finish out the year over a 700. Money very well spent.

I was referred to this father & son owned company by my mortgage company. Getting a loan wasnt the problem....getting a loan at the terms I wanted was a bit trickier. I had the luxury of time on my side and wanted to get myself in the best possible position I could credit wise. What I loved about my experience with CCRS is that I had personal attention to my specific needs. Charlie (The son) did exactly what he said he would do! He was great at following up, keeping me in the loop and sending out out all the different letters he described. These things take time, its not a miracle process and you have to commit to being engaged...but the end results are worth it!
