We made the switch to BCT over a year ago and havent looked back. BCT has helped us through a couple of different projects, and even if a hiccup happens they are on top of it! Being a small business, many of the employees wear more than one hat, but IT…we leave that to the professionals at BCT. In fact, we have been with BCT since their company began, and we’ve seen great enhancements to their service over the years, including their ability to receive emails that automatically place a service ticket on any issue, and I have to point out…they don’t just sit there. Tickets are processed efficiently and professionally. I can email questions about my computer and they’ll respond. If there’s an issue with my computer that’s beyond a simple “press this key”, they will call me and log on to my computer while I watch them work their magic.Remember the virus that would encrypt everyone’s files and demand a ransom be paid to un-encrypt them? Remember cities paying out large sums of money to get their files back? We were not affected. Why? Because while one of our computers did receive such a virus, BCT simply had everyone shut down while they pulled up the latest back-up (from just minutes prior), and then…life continued as if nothing had ever happened. Quite honestly, it gave me a chuckle. They also make sure that our computers are updated with anti-viral software so that these threats are minimized.During this Covid-19 pandemic, they have been instrumental, perhaps even anticipating the temporary office closure we had earlier in the year. I never dreamed I’d be working from home, but…they had already made a way for us to do just that, having previously setup a portal for us to simply login from home. Don Brown and his team are the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for competent and valuable IT services.
