Zachary did an excellent job cleaning our homes carpets. He was professional, polite and arrived on time. He made an extra effort to remove some stains on our white carpet that I thought wouldn’t come out(red wine). He explained the treatment process and was extremely thorough. Couldn’t have asked for more. I rarely leave reviews but I am honestly so relieved to have my carpets looking like new again. 10/10 would recommend.

Completely removed pet stain & odor from a mattress. We were having visitors the next day. They really saved me having to buy a new one. Arrived early so that it had time to dry. Did a terrific job!! I would highly recommend this company.

Appreciate how well things were communicated and how smoothly they cleaned the carpets without a huge mess. I was informed of their estimated arrival, their names, which areas were being serviced, when to replace the furniture, and how a carpet protectant would prolong the service we received today. I was also encouraged to consider getting the air ducts cleaned due to the residue it was leaving on the carpet. The technician was very knowledgeable about how the cleaning process worked and how beneficial cleaned air ducts would be to my family. Results were great!!!

Very professional and they did their best to get out the old yucky stains on and older carpet. Looks great and smells so much better. Im very happy with the results. I have used different cleaning services in the past that were cheaper. Although the price was a bit more, the service provided was definitely worth it. Will use Stanley Steemer again 100%.

They had a cancellation and fit me in way ahead of schedule which helped me out big time. The guys were very professional taking the time to take my chairs outside so they didn’t make a mess in the house. Upon completion they had me come take a look and make sure I was satisfied and also showed me the tiniest stain they couldn’t get out which honestly I wouldn’t had even known it was there then they dried the chairs off and brought them back inside around the table. They also informed me of other services that they offer which was nice because I didn’t know they offered so many! I will definitely be using their services in the future

Based on the review comments, Id arranged carpet cleaning service with Stanley. But, the service is not satisfactory. Technician was very polite and he did his job soo fast.. Id wiped carpet with empty hands just to check the wetness of carpet, found lot of dog hairs

I reached out for cleaning on our sectional prior to the birth of our first grand baby! I asked for them to send me the best and that they did! They sent a young lady named Alyssa that had an eye for detail, took her time to clean each area with precision! My sectional looks and smells brand new and I could NOT be happier! Brand new sofa was delivered with dark streaks on 2 cushions. Derek tried all his tricks and talents. He was very professional and polite. If it doesnt come out, then its not his fault, and would expect the sofa manufacturer to be at fault.

They were super friendly and professional. We had some stain areas resurface after drying (which can be normal depending on the severity) and they came back out right away to clean again no questions asked! They even gave us a free carpet cleaner bottle for spots. Very satisfied!

They also cleaned the laminate wood flooring in 4 rooms. The carpet on the stairs and master bedroom really look good. I was very pleased with the work that Tony and Kevin were willing to accomplish. They were very professional and thorough as well as polite in accomplishing the task. However, the person taking my information over the phone had not written my request correctly, but Tony was very helpful in correcting the problem. I hope these two gentlemen, Tony and Kevin receive extra incentives to continue in the quality of their work for the company. They were great!

The technicians were quite pleasant. Cost of having the air ducts clean was very fair. Only thing I had an issue with was not cleaning up the mess left on the floor at each vent. Overall a good experience though.

Jordan was friendly, efficient and diligent. He worked hard to clean stains in our carpets and tile grout.

I wasn’t pleased with the original carpet cleaning bc the employee did not do a good job and did not use the products that I wanted and payed extra to use. I called the customer service and they sent another technician out and they agreed that the job was not done good at all. They completely did the job again and it turned out great! I appreciate the great customer service and fixing what was wrong and with a smile.

I had my carpet cleaned some months ago . The same exact spots I needed clean are right back . Also the man that did clean had nothing to say . Before that they had the wrong truck for the water . Had to wait for them to come back maybe a week later .

I would not use Stanley Steamer again. Their technician was nice and polite, but my rug literally looks worse than it did before he came. I was told that the product on his truck was just for surface cleaning, and if I wanted the rug really clean I needed to let them take it to their shop in Columbus for a deep clean...which would cost 3x what I was quoted. Super disappointed.

I worked with Charles today in my home. Charles was very professional, prompt, and represented the brand well. Today he was able to upsell the area rug service. Charles also well informed me on many of the additional services available and the annual service plan. I was not able to add any other services at rush time but will keep it under advisement. Well, I had high hopes with all of the positive reviews. Ive heard nothing but good things about their service! But the experience was less than ideal...I originally paid for the 2 rooms tile cleaning deal. When the representative arrived, I was told this is just how we price it, I can only do the kitchen. Seems a little dishonest, but maybe I just misunderstood the deal.When finished, I could not tell ANY difference in the grout lines, which was our main concern. We honestly could have just swiffered the tile for the same effect.To top it all off, the hardwood now has shoe prints all over it, so we will have to clean up the mess of the representative.All in all, misleading pricing, subpar cleaning, and leaving a mess in their wake. Would not recommend at this price point .....

I thought Stanley Steemer was the best option to remove dog urine stains from my mattress. They did not remove a single stain and it looks just the same as it was before. I gave the business 3 stars because the person who performed the job was very polite and careful. I was going to schedule an appointment to clean all the carpet in my home but I don’t trust them anymore.

I want to say that (Russel I think name if you can check the guy that came fr touch ups) that came out for touch up last Saturday did an amazing job! Very friendly and informative! He spent more time doing the touch ups than the guy that did my whole house!! He also did steps the the first guy did not!!! I appreciate his hard work and because he actually did it right the spots are amazing now! I would love for him to come out and do my whole house the way it should be done. I chose to try you then other services even though they’re quotes for the service was lower. It was quite high for 400 something dollars for me to get my carpets cleaned right now so I was really hoping for good service. We had our kitchen, hallway, bathroom and foyer floors grout cleaned, when he thought he had finished he asked how it looked, “ I said aren’t you going to clean closer to the baseboards because about 5” all the way around is still filthy”, “he said the machine doesn’t get that close but I can scrub it by hand”.... He still didn’t get it all nor open our basement door to get the grout below the door, nor move a small piece of furniture to clean below it. My wife ended up cleaning it all again. On the other hand, my mother in law had hers cleaned, a woman showed up to do hers and it was perfect, that’s why we called them in the first place...

Unfortunately I feel like I paid a lot of money for a very mediocre (at best) service. There were several issues with the air duct cleaning that Stanley Steemer completed on my home. On the day I originally scheduled, the service technicians came to my house and told me one of their parts had broken and they could not perform the work, so we rescheduled. I felt they should have just called, rather than wasting both of our time. Today, the date we rescheduled for, I got a text that they were on their way at 8am. At 9:30, they finally arrived. I would have appreciated a heads up if they weren’t going to arrive on time, as I would have worked rather than waited around for them to arrive. Additionally, during the initial estimate, I was told that the anything they moved would be put back and the vents would be cleaned when they removed them. Not only did the vents not get cleaned, and furniture not get replaced, but they removed a nice size chunk of paint on my wall. I will say, one of the technicians used a box cutter to prevent this problem from happening downstairs. Once they left, I also noticed none of the vents upstairs were re-opened, so I now have to get my ladder out to re-open the vents. Unfortunately I’m very unhappy with the service and will not recommend to others.

Ron Brooks was a gentleman, kind, considerate, professional, heard me about what I wanted and did exactly that. He had a work ethic rarely seen in young people in our current generation.
