Love love love Fiberseal. The employees that work there are amazing and most have been there for decades. I love knowing their names and sharing pet stories. They are ALWAYS on time and always get the job done. A bit pricey but well worth it and I have had the service for over 15 years.

We learned about this service after we ordered our new family room furniture. They treated not only our new furniture but also heavy traffic areas like our stair runners and bedroom carpet. We have 2 dogs and 2 teenagers so this service is a blessing! Happy we can protect our new investments from spills and paw prints! Very professional and so kind!

I knew Id be in good hands with Fiber Seal since the store where I purchased my chair had recommended them. I had dripped several drops of blood on my 20 year old pure white wingback chair and tried to clean it myself. Well, that was a mistake of a lifetime. :I really made it worse. The technician came to clean my chair in my condo. Not realizing I was on the second floor, he said hed have to take it to shop to be cleaned since his equipment would not make it up the steps. Apparently it took more than just two cleanings to get it back to its original color. Janet from the office kept in touch with me and the progress Duke was making. When Janet called to set up a delivery date, I asked how it looked. She it wasnt perfect, but said the stain wasnt noticeable any more. Delivery day came and I was astounded! Janet must have a very well trained eye to see any imperfections because when I saw the chair I couldnt believe that it looked brand new. If ever I needed upholstery cleaning again, my only choice would be Fiber Seal! Sorry, not very good lighting on the picture.

Excellent cleaning/ products.

Very professional and safe given all the conditions that are needed to follow. I had furniture that was in place given the rugs they needed to take with them and respectfully moved those pieces of furniture with care. They were also in and out, they were very fast and made it easy.

All the details were well explained. Good communication up to our appointment. Guys who performed the service were friendly and knowledgeable. Encouraged us to call for service with any spill or spot on the furniture they treated.
