Love this group! Doing great things for our neighborhood.
Poor management. Took months to get screens for our windows. When I informed the landlord that most of our windows would not stay open he told me he cant get me a stick to hold it open we were told not to put dishes in our sink or even have a drying rack next to it as to mess up the glaze on the sink. Multiple engineers and architects were brought into our apartment clearly planning a remodel WHILE we lived in the unit. Upon putting in 30 days notice we were told our rent was set to go up 20% at the beginning of the month we were planning on moving out a week into of. We did not receive a notice of this 30 days in advance. Overall the apartments are cramped and have no closet space, the kitchen is a size of the closet. when we informed our landlord that the igniter on our stove was constantly clicking we were told to just unplug it when we werent using it. The list of complaints goes on and on. Do not rent here.
Seth and the CHCURC team are doing a great job of bringing College Hills business district back to life, and ensuring that the improvements that come along wont exclude anyone who presently calls College Hill home.
Great organization that focuses on improving College Hill - thanks to CHCURC College Hill has moved forward immensely.
