We had a yellow jacket wasp problem for quite a few weeks on the outside of our home where they were also making their way to the inside. The exterminator had to treat the outside area two different times before they were gone. It’s been almost a week now and we haven’t seen any! I was not overly impressed with my service. When I purchased my package I was given thorough details of what would take place upon arrival (I.e. thorough inspection of the house for signs of rodents, spraying around my house for other pests, etc). In my case, I kept getting asked what would I like them to do...as if they weren’t sure what to do next. I had to keep bringing up the services I was told I’d receive on the phone...at which point it would be performed. For the price, I expected more and unfortunately I paid for a yearly package so I’m stuck for awhile.

Based on other positive reviews and their low price, I chose to go with Ace. They were friendly and responsive from the start and promptly scheduled my services. Dwight was extreme professional, friendly and COVID conscious. He walked me through my home and showed me where he saw critter activity, put down traps, and explained how I can fix it from happening in the future. He took care to explain to me the processes he was working on for remediation and for the future preventive maintenance. Going with them was a great decision and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everyone that I spoke to was nice and professional and returned my texts/calls fast, even though I texted on a Friday night. Attempted to charge me for the previous homeowner’s unpaid bill, 1.5 years into my using ACE’s service. When asked why this was suddenly occurring and why I was responsible for someone else’s unpaid bill, Melissa said she could not explain and had zero interest in rectifying the situation. Would not recommend; poor/rude customer service for overpriced and average service is what you’ll be getting.

I love the fact that you have the same able bodied, knowledge person specifically working for you. They’re always reliable and more than helpful with questions and concerns. I had a massive yellow jacket hive show up in a seldom used closet in my basement. It was too big for me to feel safe dealing with myself. I called Ace. Scheduling was easy. My man showed up right on time, was incredibly nice and respectful, explained to me what his steps were going to be, then he eliminated the hive. It only took one treatment. I am very satisfied with my experience and the results.

They were on a twice a month contract for rodent control and always did a very good job. When we had a situation come up with other pest they would respond within a few hours. We had SQF audits and never had a pest control issue. Their employees were always professional and friendly when they came in. We used their electronic rodent stations inside the building and they worked very well.

Very thorough is placement of mice traps. Also found some places where they may be entering & closed up. Very pleased with their service.

Robin was incredibly knowledgeable about our woods environment in the “city” and gave a through review and installed 26 termite stations around the perimeter if our home. He has provided immediate service for two of our residences and handled them both in the most professional manner. He is an excellent craftsman of your products.

I had Dana (account manager) come out and tell me step by step of what to expect when my tech comes out. This was very helpful since this is my first home and I know nothing about termites. I’m scared of everything!!! When I discovered a mouse in my home I called Acme ASAP!! I wanted them to come out as soon as I called but that was impossible. I found some termites in my back yard a week ago and was quite concerned about it. So I did a search online for local professionals who can help control it. The ACE Exterminator was the first result of the search with the highest number of reviews and ratings. I sent in a request email and got a call back very soon. The caller, Mr. Plau, was very nice and sounded very professional. He came to my house to survey the situation as scheduled. He was indeed a very nice guy and answered all my questions. The installer came to install the termite stations right on time as scheduled and also very professional and friendly. I did also get a call from another company to try to get my business. They scheduled a come in survey but never showed. They also said they would send me a quote and it never came. Between that company and ACE, the choice was very clear to me.

We had the shocking experience of a rat getting into our home! I called Ace Exterminating in a panic explaining that my husband had been alone in the room with the rat trying to take care of it. Ace rearranged other appointments in order to send Jeff out to see us right away. Jeff came to our home wearing a mask, gloves, and booties over his shoes to protect our carpets! Within minutes Jeff was able to trap the rat and get rid of it. He thoroughly inspected our home with us inside and out to try to discover how the rat got in. He set several other traps and was planning to come back 2 days later. That night my husband thought he heard scratching sounds in our pantry, he texted Jeff and Jeff made an unplanned trip out to set more traps and look around! That wasnt even part of the plan we paid for so he just was concerned for us! He came back two more times and recommended we tape up an old cast iron pipe in our laundry room which could have been a means for the rat to get in. I was super impressed with how professional and thorough Jeff was and how kind the people were (Dana and the sweet woman who called me back). They had a lot of empathy for our situation and took immediate action to help us. I would HIGHLY recommend Ace and their technician, Jeff. Thank you for the great work!

Called right back and said appt would be moved to Sat between 8-12.Waited at home- no one showed up. Called on Monday - they said they have no record of me at all.I have phone records where I spoke to them and they called back to change the appt.

I calle 2 other companies for a rodent problem that I had in my house before using them. They both had cost near $1000 and what they described was not a permanent solution and more a temporarycontrol. However, the person at ACE who I talked to was very informed and addressed all my concerns. They were on time for every appointment, thorough and very professional. And they did it for a fraction of the other companies estimate. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Employee failed to answer important questions during the visit. Left unbaited glue traps that didnt contain mouse; got away. Left large puddles of spray on tile flooring. Scheduled follow-up appointment without confirming or asking us, when we werent available. Didnt leave any literature or follow-up instructions on if we should and how to dispose of potential caught mice, and if we should or how to reset traps on our own. Instructed multiple times to cancel credit card on file, since paid with check. Not only did they cash check, they ran debit card for over $400. If I didnt double check, would have over drawn account.

Ace responded quickly to my phone call regarding bugs in my house. My regular service person, Dani arrived less than 24 hours later and sprayed inside my home and outside. She also noticed carpenter bees on my railing and treated those also, since they only eat my wood. Dani was efficient, professional and communicated very well.

We had Elvis came in to our house to exterminate our mice problem. Elvis is very experienced and professional so that He was able to put the baits in right places. We can see the quick results within the first 24 hours.The mice issue in the house completely resolved within one week. Elvis Certainly provide a thorough service and follow up visit was as good as the initial visit. All of the customer service people were very helpful and very responsive as well. I would highly recommend it for mice extermination.

As much as I do not like that I had to utilize this service, Im glad that I chose Ace. The technician was extremely professional and friendly. He took the time to listen to my problem, explain what was going on in a way I could easily understand, and allowed me to walk through the treatment process so I could watch and learn how to prevent issues in the future.

We had Ace come out and install termite traps and spray for ants that were showing signs of invading an addition on our home. It seemed like an expensive solution to start, but would be worth it in the long haul. $1000 for the initial instal of termite traps and spraying for ants.They provided quarterly sprays to keep the protection up. They charged about $100 for each service. When I started to see what they were doing each time, they maybe we adding some Ant bait around the property which costs $40 for a large container of Niban on amazon, and spraying the interior rim joists of the basement. All wrapped up in about 5 minutes. It didnt seem proportional on the value, but we didnt have an ant problem again so it seemed worth it.Then we got hit with a $200 subscription fee to keep checking on the termite bait they installed. They never came back to check on, replace, or refill the termite bait in the 18 months after install. I felt the value wasnt there, so I cancelled the service.6 months later when some carpenter ants started to swarm and come up to the second floor, in a new spot, I called to have them do another treatment. They said they would need to do another initial visit and a follow up, being $250 for both visits combined. I was looking to sell the house and wanted the problem dealt with, but after realizing they would just spray and bait, the same as I can do, I said never mind. They overcharge and have several fees and subscriptions which are not apparent from the outset. Then if you want them to come back when you need them, they onboard you just the same and hit you again with those initial fees.Just do some research and solve the problem on your own. These folk are WAY overpriced!

I can’t say enough about ACE. They were reasonably priced and the customer service is excellent. I put in an inquiry late at night(~1030) and I heard back from them in less than 12 hours (~830). They were honest without being rude, they were knowledgeable without being pretentious they were professional while being kind. We have a mouse problem that is pretty significant and ACE came out within 3 days from the original inquiry. When ACE came out, they acknowledged the severity with being objective and non judgmental they normalized they problem and made me feel more comfortable and that I wasn’t alone in my problem. I would recommend them to anyone. My ONLY regret with ACE is that I didn’t call them sooner.
