Went in at 10:00 am and signed in, was the only customer waiting, and one gentlemen getting his hair cut. No one even greeted us, or told us we’d be experiencing a super long wait. One lady working and training a new stylist. Had we even been acknowledged I wouldn’t have felt compelled to leave. 50 minutes later we left. Meanwhile two customers came in, only one was greeted. I understand training new staff, however at least incorporate decent customer service skills into the training and acknowledge the mom and child sitting there for literally 50 entire minutes. Waste of time.

Highly recommend Tasha! She did a great job on my son’s hair (bald fade with hard part) and stayed late to clean up my other son’s cut. Great customer service and she knew exactly what I wanted!

Horrible. I was going to Jessica the manager for my last few cuts and she was great but she left. Incredibly variable quality of service at this and other Sport Clips locations. You never know what youre going to get, ranging from client-focused, attentive and expert service to completely unacceptable, rushed and embarrassing results. Ive been going to SC locations for a few years but not sure if Im going to return as the last haircut I received was more of a 5 minute hair attack than a more than $20 haircut and style. I dont know how they hire some of these people but the standards do not seem very high. If you are a professional looking for consistent quality service and results I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

Worst haircut Ive ever seen. Shaved head when that wasnt the cut requested. One side shaved shorter than other.

The lady with the speech impediment really messed up my hair. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they still messed it up

Turned up just before 11am on Sunday, no lights on, nobody there. Yall gonna have to do better if you want more business.

I highly recommend Kim. L. She is the best hairdresser Ive ever had. She is nice, like-able, skilled, and knows what she is talking about. On top of that, Kim takes her time make sure she does a perfect job. Never going anywhere else.

This was my first time going to a Sport Clips, and they upgraded me to the MVP package for free which includes a free hair shampoo and back massage. The haircut itself was not that good. I keep my hair short, with clippers I usually get the 4 attachment on top and 1 attachment on back. The top had hairs that were sticking out longer than the others, and around my widows peak the one side had hair that was longer than the other side. It was probably just the stylist I had, but I wont be going back. On the bright side, Ive never gotten my hair shampooed at a haircut place before, and that was a pleasant experience. The back massage was ok, it was done with a hand held massage device that lasted about 2 minutes.

I’ve been looking for someone who can cut my type of hair (course and natural curl) Dani’s the best!!

Seriously need more than one stylist on Saturday. Over an hour wait and I was only one there. Not going back to either location..

The assistant manager amy cut my sons hair and he has autism. She had so much patience with him and gave him breaks. This was our first time goinf to a salon and this was a huge deal for us. It really was special experience.

Waited forever for service with only one person in front and stylists were talking to each other for 15 mins without serving anyone. Compaint to corp did nothing

Best haircut experience Ive ever had!! Its a little more expensive than some other places, but I dont mind spending the little extra for the VIP treatment that they give you here.

As a level 6 Local Guide for Google Maps I cannot recommend this Sports Clips to anyone. The manager who gave me the haircut left me to try and sell a product to another individual after she had sat me down. Then seemed almost like I was a bother to her throughout the whole haircut. I dont want to get my haircut where I feel like I am an inconvenience.

My son recieved excellent service. Very professional.

This is the worst sportclips around with the exception of the Western hills location.

4 people here and an hour and a half wait time for the last guy here because girl had to pick up her kid and they are under staffed. Feel bad for everyone waiting, girl offered to do an extra haircut but manager told her to clean instead, wrong move in my opinion.
