I feel obligated to change this rating due to the extremely last minute cancellation of my appointment. I booked cuts for my son and I a month ago. I was very excited to take him & share the wonderful experience I had the first time. Unfortunately my booking was cancelled less than 10 hours before I was due to arrive again after being scheduled over a month prior. Im sure this was an isolated incident & may have been an illness, but no reason was given & I was unable to book with another barber in their shop even though it was suggested. Very, very disappointed.

Shinobi is a new barber here and she actually gave me the best fade in Cincinnati so far. I have been to 5 different barber shops and I would recommend her over everyone. Seriously killer cut and fade

The staff treats everyone with kindness and respect. After years of going to quick stop shops like Sports Clips, it was amazing to see how much better your cut looks when a craftsmen puts the extra time to get everything perfect, not just to get you out of their seat ASAP. Treat yourself to a shave, it isn’t something you’ll regret.I have also been incredibly impressed and appreciative by the care they have taken to provide a safe environment throughout the pandemic.

John did a great job on giving me a classic clean cut even though I had let my hair grow out for 6 months and it was a mess. Nice little place, will definitely be my barber shop moving forward.

I used to go to places like great clips or super cuts, but the first time I came here I never went back. The barbers are extremely professional. I’ve come to this location to get my hair cut for almost a year and a half now and I have never been disappointed. If you want a cheap haircut go to great clips, if you want a great haircut, go to cutman.

Did not give me at all what I asked for. Went to Matt and asked for a fade. Brought me up way too high and didn’t even fade me. Looks awful

I moved to Cincinnati about a year ago and have been bouncing from place to place trying to find a good fade. Chad will now be my go to. He’s really thorough, detailed, and provides a great overall experience.

Not COVID safe. I ordinarily go to the location in Covington and he is very cautious. I came to East Walnut Hills only to discover one of the two barbers wearing his mask under his nose. Luckily, when it was time for my haircut, I had scheduled for the other barber. However, that kid didn’t so much as wipe down the chair after the guy right ahead of help me departed (although I guess I should be pleased that he wore a mask the whole time). However, the other barber apparently had a break and strolled back into the main room of the store, rocking a mid-80’s Magnum PI monstrosity of a mustache on his upper lip, which I could see easily because he had decided to take his mask off and sit in the front window, checking out his phone. I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Ive been going to Rick for almost a year and would highly recommend his service. Its also easy to communicate appointments ahead of time so youre not scrambling the next time.
