Went to Bobs Auto on a referral. They did a diagnostics on a car we were selling. They were great, very responsive, affordable, and friendly. Well definitely be using them for any work needed on our rides in the future.

Great place, they fixed my brakes were very fair on pricing, I plan to have them as my go to place now on all things truck/car related. Fantastic service with fair prices

My daughter told me about Bobs Auto Repair a few years ago. At that time I lived 25 miles away, but since I currently had no mechanic, I chose to give them a try. I have been back to Bobs exclusively ever since my first visit. I have moved closer and have a different car now. My other car was a much older car with very high mileage, so there was something needed repaired pretty often. I have ALWAYS had top notch service. They are honest, dependable and extremely fair priced. They always take the time to show me exactly what the problem was and the cost to fix it BEFORE doing anything to the car. I have not been that fortunate prior to coming here. They get the job done in a very timely manner and assure you that if there are any problems to just give them a call. I have never had to go back for a second visit for the same problem. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I tell all of my family and friends if they ever need their car repaired they need to look no where else.

My son and his girlfriend just moved from one side of town to the other. They are just finishing collage and getting their feet under them. They need good, quality, reliable car repairs. Oh, and at a fair value. They will get it at Bobs. Thanks for helping my son get his car back on the road.

Very honest! Took my car there in the summer of 2016 because my air conditioning quit working. They made me aware that the part was under warranty through Honda and advised me to take it there so that the cost would be covered. I truly appreciate their honesty! They have done work on my moms car and she has always been satisfied. My neighbor will only take his car to Bobs, too!

I live in the neighborhood and like to support the local businesses. Also like to talk to the mechanic. Was able recently to do both at Bobs. They found and repaired a leak quickly and for less than the phone quote. They also fixed a second small leak at no charge. Bob runs his place old-school. Got a question about something. They will take you under the car to discuss it. I dont like waiting rooms and the good news, bad new visit from the shop manager after two hours of waiting. They do a good job. They shoot you straight. They have reasonable prices. I would recommend them.

Outstanding service! Called me every step of the process for a major engine repair and kept me informed through the process. Made sure I was okay with the plan before moving forward. They offered a Military/Veteran Discount which helped to offset a good portion of the cost of a big engine repair. Highly recommend them!

I was looking for an affordable mechanic that I could trust not to rip me off and who was interested in a long-term customer relationship. These guys have done some good work on my 2007 Escalade that would have cost me thousands at the dealer. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and do not rip you off. Great service. Its rare for a woman to go into a repair shop and not be taken advantage of. Sean was great, repair was done in less than a few hours and he even printed off a list of all the recalls Ive had on my car, which I had a hard time finding online. Will definitely recommend to friends and will return for further needs!

A friend of mine recommended Bobs Auto to me when my check engine light came on, so I had a good feeling about them from the start. When my car really started acting funny, they got me in the next day, fixed it promptly, and it was cheaper than what other places were going to charge me. Immediately after it was fixed, it started acting wierd again. I called them and they let me bring it back in - free of charge - to double check their work to make sure it wasnt a screw up on their part and they checked out the rest of the car again. Turns out, the break had gotten locked up after I had left my last appointment. Again, they got me in quickly, fixed it promptly, and the charge was cheap. I plan on making Sean and his crew my car people. Thanks guys!

Honest, modestly priced, and excellent service. Went in thinking I needed new tires and getting a call explaining that my tires were fine and not to waste my money! Just got a rotation and all was good. What other repair shop doesn’t upsell to the unknowledgable? Love this place, and will be taking my car there from now on, no question about it.

My brakes were failing on my Honda, as I was driving it to work, so I limped into their parking lot. They checked them the same day, gave an estimate, and job was done by following day. No appointment. Very knowledgeable, very friendly.and trustworthy. Car is back on the road! Thats the 3rd time in as many years, that they have saved me from a car carastrophy! Different cars each time. 4kids and wife..you know the drill.

J-R, the mechanic there charged me $375.00 for doing nothing. He made me and my girl wait across the street on the wall there at salem while he did nothing on my BMW. Like on TV. He did absolutely NOTHING. The car was the same rattle on my drive shaft as before..
