This agency was okay, until i wanted to cancel my policy. They quoted me a high quote for KY insurance, i then shopped around and found a cheaper quote. Mind you, after they quoted me, i told them that i was not interested and wanted my policy canceled. They not only did not cancel my policy, but sent me a bill and tried to extend my policy for another 6 months.When i called them on it, they said We put a non renewal on this policy, but we did not cancel it. When i asked why not, since i talked to one of the managers and they said they would. Their response, Well we needed the new policy number from your new insurance company first. The manager never said that when we had our conversation.I asked for the recording of our conversation, and they said that they do not have it.What does my new policy have to do with our contract?I plan on moving back to Ohio soon, but i will never EVER go back to these crooks.
