The office is very helpful and accommodating to your questions and needs. Usually pleasant and ready to assist with requests or payments. A for customer service

One agent working in the office was always very rude and condescending. It seemed everytime I called the office they wouldnt pick up. If I left a message I was lucky to get a call back that day but usually it wouldnt be until a day later.State farms coverage has never disappointed me or my family but this office does not seem to prioritize customer service.
