Access Audio provide the audio support for Derby Day at Laurel Court in Cincinnati OH 5/4/19. As part of the planning team, I solicited input from attendees asking What did you see as a significant improvement in this years event? The sound was consistently mentioned. For example, Laurel Court is a huge mansion and many activities go on during the Derby Day Party. This year I could heat announcements. I really knew what was happening during the whole evening and could join in the fun. Thanks Access Audio for helping this fund-raiser succeed.

Access Audio did all of the AV for our gala (Women Walking West) at the Manor House. They were fantastic. Les and Chris made sure our setup was perfect prior to the gala and Les was with us that night to make sure everything ran smoothly. There wasnt a single issue with lighting, sound, or audio and video footage. Everything was perfect! This is a professional and courteous staff that I will definitely work with in the future!!

I cant not say thank you enough to Access Audio for the services they provided our students, parents, and community at our 2020 Commencement Ceremony. In the midst of the Covid-19 crisis and shutdowns we needed to get creative to provide the best ceremony we could for our graduating seniors. Access Audio not only provided exactly what we needed, they went above and beyond with the details of the ceremony and customer service. Our school and community are truly appreciative. I would, and have recommended Assess Audio to other professionals, and school districts. Ive worked with Ethan and Access Audio for 6 years on a large event at Great Wolf Lodge. His team is excellent. We keep coming up with new ideas and new issues and hes always been able to get the job done. Their setup makes us look professional, and theyre so easy to work with.

We used Access Audio for a large banquet we have at our University. The Banquet is hosted in our fieldhouse which means we have the hard task of transforming into something elegant and classy. Access did a great job in helping us doing this. There were so many little details with the lights that made the event a success. They were efficient, quick to little details and very easy to work with. We would use their services again in a heartbeat!

They brought in the Production for a Concert we were having in one of our church buildings and they were on time, easy to work with, flexible in the set up (considering the layout of our stage area), loaded in and out in great time, and on top of that...the PA sounded AMAZING. Im co-producer for the Crown Jewels of Jazz concert series, every Wednesday in July 2019 on the lawn at St. Aloysius at 4721 Reading Road in Bond Hill. This is our first year using Access Audio for our outdoor series based on a recommendation from Bond Hill/Roselawn Community Collaborative. Chris Knueven and his crew have provided stellar service in a completely professional manner for our stage, sound, lighting and electrical needs for this series each week, and it is a great pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and look forward to working with them again in 2020.

They did the AV for our annual conference of roughly 1500 people. They covered multiple rooms, multiple speakers, and a quick setup and teardown window. Any issues that came up were quickly taken care of and they worked so hard!
