I had a bad accident and was tossed from one lawyer to another and promised 50$k in pain and suffering and all future and past tx paid for but only got 4200 pain and suffering and past tx which didn’t even all get paid when I sustained permanent deformation and a chronic pain disorder; law firm was just lazy.. and yes, this was back in 2010 that the accident had occurred. Which took more than two years to settle with this less than fair result.

Jon is the only attorney that I’ve felt very comfortable and 100% trust in him. Jon kept me updated on my case and would just check in to see how I was doing. I trusted his advise and recommendations 100%. I would recommend this law firm and and especially Jon. I was very satisfied with the outcome of my case. I feel very lucky that I had Jon on my side!!

I chose Rothchild law because Barry listened to my concerns and made promises to leave me with a better impression of city lawyers and his final words were please just trust me Jillian. Today not even 100 days later I signed my settlement check and walked out of his Rothchilds office a happy woman. He was consistent with retuning phone calls and emails and sent me a copy of everything he did and always kept me up to date. My experience with Maislin law was nothing like my experience with Rothchild. I would 100% recommend Barry Rothchild to anyone who wants a real resolution and avoid Maislin law office as they do not care about their clients just their fees.

WOW pretty much sums up my experience. I was injured at a Christmas party last year, my ACL was torn and I had to have surgery. COVID virus aside, it has been a really rough year for me. Stephanie and Cayla were beyond phenomenal. I felt like I was being a pest, checking in every week with them but they never made me feel like I was bothering them, they always put my needs first. I was struggling big time, I had been let go from my job due to the injury, was unable to collect unemployment because everyone else was collecting due to COVID lockdown. They helped to guide me in the right directions, gave me names and numbers of people I could contact when I had questions about some other legal matters. They were very gracious, warm hearted and they cared. If I am being completely I did not expect to be treated so kindly. To the public - get assistance and medical attention first and consult your insurance company second...not every accident needs legal assistance. Many times your insurance company can advise regarding coverage.

I had an amazing experience with Jon at Blakes office! The process was so easy; all I had to do was heal! I highly recommend going through this office

I used this office for an auto accident in 2009. I was t-boned, my car was totalled and I lost a week of work and failed my 1st semester of collage due to pain and physical therapy appointments. This office said the therapy was KEY to our victory in court, so I made sure I went. Long story short, it took 5 years and I was passed along to 3 different lawyers in this firm. I was awarded 4500.00 in the settlement. 2000 went to the law office, 2000 went to the physical therapist and I was givin a check for 526.83. My car was totalled, I had to pay my own insurance deductible(1000), lost of work (986.00) and I had to retake all my courses from my 1st semester(1392.00). I lost money, time and peace of mind using this law firm. It cost me money to use Blake. Not to mention when I was contacted, they told me their fee would only be 25%, but when it came time to pay, they told me it was 33%. They lied, but hey I guess thats lawyers for ya. Overall I would rather self represent then ever let this office handle any legal matter ever again. Ambulance chaser indeed

Yea he would be more than happy to help you with your case, but if there not making money dont bother. Anyways if they do its going to be years before you see anything. We went with them for a for sure case. Long story short 2 years later we are still receiving doctor bills. But since the case is settled they wanted 5 or 10 bucks just to look at the doctors bills. They are still to this day on our credit reports, but they walked out with 30Gs. This is the great U.S.A. so you have choices to which layers company you want to handle this issue if you know what I mean GOOD LUCK on your journey!
