Since calling Moe for the first time a couple years ago, I have not used anyone else (nor will I). He is the consummate professional: friendly, courteous and reliable. Moe arrives early, so I never have to worry about being rushed to make a flight. His vehicle is meticulously clean and he drives safely, so I always feel relaxed riding with him. Without hesitation, I can give Moe and his team my highest recommendation for transportation to/from the airport.

Moe offers FANTASTIC customer service. Hes 100% reliable and is a pleasure to ride with. The car is always spotless and he provides first class service. Dont tell him this, but if anything he should raise his prices. Since my first ride, Ive never used another service in Cincinnati. Five stars plus.

Excellent service! Moe provided transportation to and from CVG to my hotel downtown when I visited Cincinnati. He was on time (early!) and called to confirm my reservation both times. The car was nice and clean. This is the only taxi service Id use in Cincinnati! He is the best.

I had a great experience with Moes. My driver, Leroy, was supposed to pick me up at 5pm, but I called and requested a change to 4:30pm, and he arrived with perfect timing. Hes very pleasant and fun to talk to. If Im ever in this area again, you can be sure Im calling Moes!

Best taxi service! Always on time! I travel a lot for business and often have early flights out of CVG. The drivers are super friendly and very professional and I feel very safe with them. Queen City Yellow cab is the best! I have been flying in and out of Cincinnati every week since the beginning of 2016. I met Moe after 2 weeks on a ride back to the airport. There was no comparison with the other taxis I took (if you have taken the airport taxis lately you would know what I am talking about). Taxi was nice (clean, comfortable - the one in the picture); but most importantly Moe is reliable and just a nice guy who has a great knowledge of everything Cincinnati and beyond. Since that trip, I send a message to Moe every Monday morning while waiting for my flight from Chicago to let him know things are on schedule. Moe has been there every time when I arrive. I do the same on return to the airport, even though the hotel I stay at has concierge.

Called this taxi service when Lyft and Uber drivers were not available at 5 am. I called in a pinch needing a ride ASAP, A Taxi arrived within 5 minuets. The ride was smooth and the driver was very nice. The seat in the car was even nice and cushioned! They saved me and got me to my flight on time! Thanks Mo!

I booked my reservation online for a 6am trip to CVG. Someone named Moe called within minutes to confirm my reservation. He was also very punctual. I received a text from him at 5:54am saying he was at the hotel and to take my time coming downstairs. He was very polite and friendly. He came in a black unmarked car the interior of which was very clean and smelled nice. It was a quick and smooth ride to the airport.Cininnati Airport/Queen City Yellow Cab is definitely highly recommended!
