They ALWAYS make my travel incredible. Recently, I went to ATL but returned to Cincy to find that my truck battery died. They stayed with me, jump started the truck, and made sure that we were safe. I have to admit:. Ultimate Air is worth every penny. Great customer service!

Excellent. Spacious, fast and easy check-in, great flight attendants and pilots. Free lounge with free coffee, water, and pop. Free parking. Infinitely better than flying the airlines and I didnt have to dis-robe and grab my ankles for The Smurf Army.

Convenient is an understatement! The planes are comfortable and the staff is always courteous. Flying commercial is now agonizing.

My experience with Ultimate Air Shuttle was 5 stars. But if I could rate my travel agency would be 1 star. I booked the trip online. Arrived in Ohara which was fine since I had 2 hours to get to Midway. On itinerary Ultimate Air shuttle showed Midway as the Departing Airport. So I Ubered to Midway and when I got there I could not find Ultimate Air. Asked a few different people and no one new which gate was Ultimate Air. Finally I call them and they explained they are next to Midway. So I grab another Uber and we still had a problem finding this place. The Uber driver and I saw a heavily guarded gated (picture attached) area with a security guard with a gun so we drove up slowly and asked. Sure enough Ultimate Air. Flight and service was great,. I hope this helps anyone else flying Ultimate Air at Midway.

My family and I have been using Ultimate for couple years now and I have been very pleased with their services. I got to know few employees personally or via the phone. What makes this company great is their customer service. Pilots wait out on you and make sure to welcome you on board, fly attendants are very personable, offering variety of complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic, as well as alcoholic beverages. I would like to thank especially Wendy Yakubisin, the manager of account services. She always goes above and beyond to handle any situation. She is always very polite, personable, thorough and prompt. Also, I would like to thank Rick Pawlak, VP / Managing Director for handling the voucher issues. Not sure where to start with this review. Quite possibly the most enjoyable flying experience Ive ever had. Spent a long weekend in Cincinnati (flew out of Cleveland) and have questioned why anyone flies commercial. I had come to think the concept of flights leaving and arriving early were history. The complimentary cocktail and snacks, when a regular airline wouldnt even consider it on a 45 minute flight, were excellent! I would recommend taking the Ultimate Air Shuttle to anyone considering it, you will not be disappointed.

I flew Cincinnati to MDW. It was so easy: we landed after 47 minutes;at 7pm, by 7:07, I had my luggage, by 7:28, I was home!I have flight benefits with Delta, but it was worth every penny!Kristina and the staff, made me feel so special. For business travelers that need to get somewhere fast, this is the Ultimate way to do it. Private flight experience at slightly more than commercial costs. Park, board, fly. Simple and easy with great in- flight experience. Will definitely use again.

Love this airline. They treat you like a valued customer, not like most airlines who treat you like luggage. Really, the adds arent just teasing you. You can arrive 15 minutes before departure and if everyones there, theyll tack off early. And parking is free, really. I just cant say enough about how they are worth the ticket price - which by the way, is very competitive with regular airlines.

The only sane way to fly from cincy to atl. Same prices as Delta without the airport hassle and lots of free parking. Only 30 passengers per flight...this is not a cattle car but business class all the way.

We decided to use Ultimate Air to fly to Cleveland and were blown away with how amazing the service was. We weren’t expecting much since it was such a short flight, but they exceeded my expectations! As a person who likes to travel this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. I wish they flew everywhere haha!

Wonderful, I just wish they flew more places I go frequently.

Id say it worth the extra money to fly in this luxurious manner but it isnt extra money. Fly UAS once and youre converted for good. I love drinking the UAS cool aid cuz its soooooooo much less hassle!
