Vivial is a great marketing resource for small businesses in the digital age. First and foremost, it is affordable. The reps are knowledgeable, open and friendly, and always available. Your best bet when a full time digital marketing department is not in your budget.

Stay away from this company . There are many great companies in this region that are impeccable business consultants . I cannot say Vivial is in that category . Unprofessional, dishonest, and lack of expertise from almost every part of their staff I encountered . Tyler bassler was unprofessional and what I consider very green . His approach seemed to be just winging it then getting highly offended when his cavemen methods were questioned . Its 2017 . Shady dealings from companies are long gone if you want to sustain a reputable profitable company. He has yet to learn this basic concept . Stay very far away from this company if you want yours to prosper . Trust me

Our dental practice works with Rachel C. and weve thoroughly enjoyed our experience. She brings her expertise to our social media and makes sure to explain everything to make clear how it works and how it benefits us. Shes also very personable. The articles Vivial writes are also very informative.

If I was left to my own means in terms of online presence, SEOs, and all the little things needed to keep it running, our company would probably not be able to be found at all. Cold cold calling spammers who are apparently unfamiliar with the DNC list

I am editing my review due to poor service once we stopped spending as much money with vivial. We have attempted over 8 times to get changes made on our website and have failed to get those changes. Our business may lose financing options for our customers because of it. VERY UNHAPPY>We use Vivial for our website. Raven is our contact and does a great job, is very quick to make our necessary seasonal changes.

Well worth the cost. I firmly believe that I have not received better customer service in my life. From my initial meeting with my sales rep Roy to my monthly calls to review the progress and status of the marketing and SEO from Rachel. Please read, very insightful!My opinion only, which is based on my experience with VivialOverall: Vivial, Cincinnati does not do as promised, misrepresents the truth, does not return calls or emails, lacks customer training, customer service is poor, salesman seems to care about his commissions and not the small companies. Vivial seems to lack professionalism and turn a blind eye when they breach a written or verbal contract/promise. ----- The only way to get their attention is to threaten to cancel.Before I canceled, there were over 15 unresolved issues which in turn was not only costing my company money from payments to Vivial but also lost revenue.Main issues were with the Salesman, the Client Service Manager and overall lack of follow through.After over 20 - 25 phone calls and emails, I cancelled but still am asked to pay for their mistakes, broken promises and what appears to be incompetence.I will be requesting that all monies spent be refunded.

Absolute scam company, I should have looked at the rip-off report before I got involved. The contracts reads you can cancel after initial 12 months, but the new contract at the same price every 12 months dont allow you to cancel because you renewed, my ATTORNEY CALLS IT A SQUIRREL CAGE CONTRACT. DO NOT USE VIVIAL Digital, and everyone knows the Yellow Pages are history. Look me up and call me Ill give you even more issues dating back to the pay per call program.I AM STILL WAITING TO REVIEW DISPUTED CALLS FROM 2 YEARS AGO I WAS PROMISED.

I am being billed for who knows what? I do not even offer the service that I think they are advertising for me, in fact, I could go to jail if I did Permanent Makeup because I no longer have a licensed facility to offer it from. No one looks at the the products they offer. Do not spend money here. Whats more it is 10:05 AM eastern time and I cannot even get anyone on the phone to talk to because the are not open even though the recording says they should be. They just dont even want to talk to customers . BEWARE
