I visited the office for my six month checkup. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve had a great experience. The staff is so nice and professional. I believe I saw Dr. Linora Nissan, for my dental cleaning. She was very friendly and straight forward. She provided great feedback and you can tell she’s passionate about her work and helping her patients. Definitely recommend this location!

Dr. Khan at Image Dental in Cicero is very attentive. He listens and asks you if you have any concerns. He gets the job done in a timely fashion. Dr. Khan put me at ease and I will continue to see him as my dentist.

He explained what would be done, if my insurance was covered and even sent me some links to speedy up the process for my arrival. Once I got there, he offered water and was friendly. First impressions are within the front desk and he did amazing. I am not sure who I viewed with my daughter, she was a female but she also made the experience amazing especially for my toddler. I had a very awesome time here. The wait wasnt as long and the checkup was quick. Montse and Evelyn were quick and easy to talk to, and Dr. Olomi went out of his way to clean my teeth and give me all the info I needed to hear without me asking. This has been the best dentistry office, that I have encounter in the past five years. My children had a dentist and they were not happy and were always scare of going, I believe a dentist like any other profession has to have a soft kind touch. The communication that a dentist shares with the patient is very important. My daughter was in need of a pulpotomy, and the dentist was incredibly fast, and professional, he took the time to explain my daughter the process and what he was going to be doing. they played Disney plus on the tv for her while she got her procedure done, and she loved it. As a mother of five having a dentist that you can relay on and trust is very important I will like to thank Monica the manager for the incredible job and care that she has for her patients. Thank you to your staff for making my visit so much easier.

I’m relatively new to this dental office. My first visit was in October 2020 & my experience was great. The receptionist were very welcoming as well as the rest of the staff so I decided to continue coming to this dental office. My second visit was today & it wasn’t very pleasant. The receptionist are great & are super friendly. I got called into one of the patient rooms by Monserrat. When I sat down, she asked me if I was okay & I said yes why & she said “because you’re giving me attitude & you rolled your eyes at me” & I told her that I wasn’t giving her attitude. Then she continued to argue with me, I then told her that at that point I wasn’t fine & she giggled & said “well that’s you”. It is very unprofessional from one of your dental assistants to talk to a patient like that. I asked to work with a different dental assistant because I did not feel comfortable with Monserrat. She is very rude & very unprofessional. The dentist that was working with me even apologized for my bad experience.

Love this dentist. In and out of the office within 30 minutes. Old dentist I had to wait 30 mins before seeing the doctor and then another 20 minutes in the chair. Image dental was efficient and awesome working during a pandemic. Would totally recommend

This place sounds so wonderful,but the receptionist are so godamn rude. When I enter, the receptionist with the glasses was so kind to us but when the other one called me she was so rude for no reason saying that they couldn’t do nothing to me, I was calm about it because it’s understandable. So when I asked for references this woman had the audacity to tell the other receptionist “ I’ll just give her this one even tho their not going to do anything”. Wow she said it in English so my mother wouldn’t understand, what kind of receptionist does that.

Best Dental office in the world. Our Dentist is Dr. Andre Amarante, DDS. He is just wonderful. So happy and cheerful. He always welcomes you and treats you like you are part of his family. I would never change to another dental office. Front desk are always so helpful. I have never had a problem with them. If you are in need of a Dentist and live in Cicero or near the area dont hesitate you wont regret it.

For someone who has a huge fear of dentist I can say I am extremely happy with the care. Front staff was nice and attentive throughout my whole visit. I had to get multiple filings and they where so gentle always checking on me me, explaining everything clearly, taking my nervousness into consideration.

I have been taking my whole family to this office for many years. Our go to doctor has been Dr Amarante and he typically sees my mom, my two kids, and myself. I should mention that my daughter is special needs but that never stopped them from seeing us and trying. She does typically get anxiety at the dentist but Dr Amarante is always willing to try. Today was a unique experience. We had Dr. Nissan whom we never seen before but she did see the whole family - my mom, my two kids and myself. I wanted to get everyone’s cleaning done since COVID I felt it had been awhile. She did suggest for my daughter (who is now 8) to get sealants to protect from cavities. I am all for that since we already had to put her through complete anesthesia once to take care of cavities (we had to be referred elsewhere for that). I knew it was going to be a long shot but she tried and my daughter’s anxiety got the best of her. I insisted in trying again so we tried again and same results could not continue since she couldn’t keep her mouth open for a long period of time and she would panic. Defeated I sent her to the car with her brother so I could get my turn for my cleaning. A few minutes later she comes back with her dad basically demanding to try again. Now I know my daughter and this is a unique situation because if she doesn’t want to do something she will be happy we don’t make her do it again - but I had used a reward tactic to get her to complete the dental visit and she knew if she failed she would not get her reward. She was in tears and I was in tears because she really wanted to try again. I felt we were already backing up Dr. Nissan enough already and she was hesitant at first but decided to try again because I know she CARED. It wasn’t easy but she got it done and I am so proud of my daughter today for trying and I am so GRATEFUL for Dr. Nissan for trying and not giving up on her. I know this was a unique situation and I appreciate her because this gives me a better piece of mind that her teeth will be better protected. This is why I will still make the drive to take my whole family even though we no longer live in the area. Thank you for putting up with my family every time we come! Everyone is always friendly, welcoming and clean! I will be back with the whole crowd again! Thank you!

I was referred here and I must admit I LOVE IT! I came in with no insurance and bought their membership. Best investment, If you ask me. Love that they are being very precautious due to COVID-19. Doctors and Staff are very welcoming! Will be recommending this office to all my family members! Keep up the good work!

Be prepared to spend the whole day here. They make u wait an hour or more after ur scheduled appointment time to be seen. So unorganized. Worst place ever. Cant wait till my daughter is done with her braces so we don’t have to come here anymore.

I called to make an appointment. Daisy couldn’t verify my insurance she said, “later“. I explained I was trying to have same day appointment she said, “no, not for orthodontics.”I had inquire about ortho because eventually I would like my child to get braces. I explain to her I just wanted a regular checkup for a school form. She said,“not I don’t have anything available.” I felt the whole time I was being deny for service. I’ve been there few years ago and till this day they continue to call me to make an appointment. After today, they just lost a family of 5! Very disappointed!

The staff are wonderful and understanding in these difficult times. I needed a same day appointment and right away they took me in. From front desk to doctors and assistants everyone was so helpful and caring and I will definitely go back to get all my services needed!

If I could give 0 stars I would.. my daughter is 3 years old came in twice and they didnt do anything to her.. they would just look into her mouth and charge my insurance as like they did a cleaning. When not once did they clean her mouth. No x-rays. No teeth check. No one calls me back regarding this problem after Ive called them multiple times. Please take your kids somewhere else. Where they actually care about them nd not just charging insurance.

My children and I have been here a few times. Each visit the staff have been nice. The check in process is quick and goes smooth every time. The dentist are very nice and great as well. The dentist did an excellent job repairing my son front tooth. My son really enjoys his smile. I would recommend the office.

I recently switched dentist and I have to say this one is way better. All the staff are very friendly. The whole place is nicely kept and it’s save during COVID-19.

I went here back in February, and I had a good experience. They recommended I get a deep cleaning to help with the sensitivity in one of my teeth. The Dr. was very nice and understanding, but the techs were very awkward and silent, and they kind of made me uneasy/uncomfortable. I know theyre students but still. Its not hard to make small talk, say hello, or even smile... my husband was told by our previous dentist to get a deep cleaning, and since I got one here, he chose to come here, too. They examined him and sent approval to our insurance. It was ultimately denied, which is fine, but this office also denied him of a standard, regular 6 month cleaning. I called our insurance to confirm its covered, and they confirmed it is! Apparently this office can deny doing regular cleanings??? Very strange... first Ive ever heard of this. 4 stars from me, and 1 star from my husband... sooooo 2 stars! Also, please fix all your broken things! And you made my husband sign something with a marker... not very professional. Oh, and stop calling AFTER we make an appt to try to get us to come in on a sooner day or at a sooner time. You work around our schedules, not the other way around.

I was seen by Dr. Jack Kou and he was great. Both him and the dental assistant were very friendly and walked me through the entire process throughout my exam. They do good work but I was told after being with this dental office for over 2 years that my kids and I cant come after 3 or on weekends anymore because we have a medical card. How is this fair?

I had a appointment today at 3:30 when I got there only one person was in line but they didn’t do there paperwork so they had to step out of line to do it ok so one more person walked up and he did his paperwork so they let him right in the come out the people had had stepped out of line didn’t even know how to do the paperwork so they let them in so kind you I’m just stil standing here then they open the door back and a lady and her son walks right in smh I don’t know what type of Service they have going on But I’m here now doing this review because I am very unhappy with how I was treated

Image Dental is a wonderful office. Customer service is always first here and their office team is wonderful with reminders and accommodations. Dr. Aramantea is an amazing dentist, who took all the fear away from going to the dentist. My son also goes here with Dr. R and he has shown us nothing but patience. I’ve been to Image Dental several times for cleanings, fillings and most recently a root canal. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable! The dentist did a great job during my root canal to repair my broken tooth and make sure I didn’t have any pain. I brought my children here as well and they were friendly and patient with my 3 & 5 year olds.

Lazy, inexperienced students do most of the dental work. They charge your insurance a huge amount for minimal work. They dont care about the people they work on just your money. I refered a person for a deep cleaning and they did it incorrectly, but they charged her insurance for the deep cleaning, wont recommend again.

Image dental managed to fit me in on emergency visit when other dentists couldn’t. Now we have been using them for a couple years already and have been taking care of my entire family. No long waits. Staff extremely friendly and our dentist is super awesome. Totally recommend.

My 8 year old triplets have been coming to this place since it opened, they really like Image Dental. The place always looks clean. They expanded last year and now has plenty of seats in the waiting area. I had filings replaced on January 2015, they did a great job. The staff and doctors are very professional. I would recommend Image Dental to friends and family.

I have been going to see doctor Dr. Adamante at image dental on Cicero for quite a while. He is very professional and a great and through dentist. He has done a lot of work on my teeth for many years and I am so happy with the results compared to what they were prior to seeing him at image dental. Definitely recommend this practice and any of their dentists.

Was recommended to this office after years of avoiding seeing a dentist as a result of previous experiences from other doctors and offices that were rigid and uncooperative. I have a pretty big sweet tooth, so damn straight Im gonna have tooth problems lol. Long story short I needed a root canal followed by some crowns, Dr. Sin went about doing the root canal and the replacement of the crown,I couldnt have had a smoother experience. Definitely recommend

Love this place had not been to the dentist in a while and new I had to get deep cleaning so I had been avoiding it. I told my husband I’d rather give birth again than having needles in my mouth lol. The doctor I got was very friendly and assured me that I would not feel a thing.....and he was right! He made sure I did not even went back a few times to put more of that anesthetic thing on my gums and numbed it until I didn’t not feel a thing. They now have a new client 👌

My daughters had treatment done by Dr. Razzak back in 2012 when the clinic first opened. I moved out of state and even their new dentist complimented their fillings. He assumed a specialist did them.Great staff and office.
