My daughter had her wedding ceremony here and Reception that followed. Thank you To the captain Nada. She decorated the hall to match the wedding colors. The food and servers were professional. The bartender was nice and fast. The hall looked like we paid double than we did. Thank you Palace Regency for making my daughter’s dream come true. 9-19-2021

We were there Saturday, when the temperature was in the 90sI dont think the AC was functioning in the basement.They had fans going but it was still TOOO HOT. But when you came upstairs you could feel the coolness of the upstairs Banquet hallTheir saving grace was the service... it was good

My daughter had her xv here on July 17th,2021 really really bad service the day of the event. When i first went to see the hall and met with the owner Enrique everything seem so perfect but the day of the party i payed to have 251 guest. Food was served wrong i had asked for steak fajitas they served chicken fajitas also 20 people didn’t get beans and rice because there wasn’t enough for them also the beer finished before my 4 hours open bar, the bartender was so rude to the guests he tried to be rude to me but once he found out i was the one who threw the party then he treated me different . I would not recommend this place to anyone they be so nice when you go sign the contract and then they don’t give you the service for what you pay. They didn’t give me any money back except my deposit which i had to pretty much be asking for everday. They lied and told me they had sent it but I didn’t received it until today July 23,2021. They didn’t reimburse me for all the rice, beans and beer that they were short on. Never had such a horrible experience with a venue like this one. All they care about is that you pay them and the rest it doesn’t matter. I reached out to Esther as well the day of the event and she said Enrique zambrano would take care of it that he would come he never showed up. They said they would give me 2 trays of steak fajitas to take home but to my surprise they gave me half a tray and it was a mixed of leftovers. So so disappointed i would not waste money with them again and I don’t recommend this place.Below is the photo of the food they gave me to take home so disrespectful and rude.I wouldn’t want for another family to experience this on a special day this is why i’m sharing my experience.

The floor was SOOO STICKY the kids had a hard time practicing their dance. At 1st we thought well they will probably clean it before the event but then the manager came to tell us to remove everything from the tables... our purses..Our paperwork we were going over the details of the event with and the ipod I was playing music off of... because the hall was already setup for the event in 3 days. With THAT sticky floor, ouch!

My brother just got married on August 17th and we were on the second floor. The were lights and 17 tables all had 10 chairs (except for 2 which had the 10th chair off to the side). The only problem is the sweets table was gone in 3 minutes after opening and they never replaced the empty plates. Also, no pepperoni pizza for those that want it, just cheese. Trust me, is was there the whole wedding so dont think these are lies, proof down below. And dont get me started on the bathrooms, they were ugly. Overall not to many problems but its not perfect.

Not too bad of a place. The very first time I went in here was to attend my cousins birthday a few weeks ago (as of the time of this review). The party was attended by over 100 people. There was lots of space for everyone to move around and there was plenty of tables and seats for everyone. The entertainment was decent, just a DJ for about half the party, then the next half featured a live band. For food, we were given steak and chicken fajitas, rice, and refried beans with a side of cream of broccoli soup. The food was OK. I would have preferred something like a buffet, where there couldve been a variety of foods instead of just one type. The staff there were nice, which is all I could say since they didnt appear too often. All in all, not too bad, but could be better.

So unprofessional! I had an appointment to see the hall and go over prices etc. I called prior to our appointment to confirm. I assumed they were busy and if I had an appointment they would be there. I drove 1 hour to get there only to find out no one was there! I called, no answer, left a voice mail. I sent a text message to the cell phone that was provided to me, no reply. I waited 30 minutes in the car. I received no call back and no reply from my text!. The least they could have done was reply and reschedule. If this is how unprofessional they are at the beginning I can only image the horrible service for any event!

About a month ago, i attend to a event at Palace Regency Hall. When i got there The structure was great, the room was absolutely beautiful. My friends and me went to the bar to get something to drink, there was some appetizers by the bar. Bartender was nice we came back to the table there was some carafes of water. Few minutes later the waitresses bring the Food, bread and butter, salad, chips and salsa, then the main course. It was delicious!! for dessert we had cake. And they had a suculent sweet table w/ coffee, cookies, fruit trays, chocolate fountain etc..., Great costumer service, clean bathroom. DJ was Great! he played good music. We danced that knight.... Nothing but great comments. I highly recommend PALACE REGENCY HALL for your special occasions 100%. Special thanks to all the staff of Palace Recency Hall for your great and hard work. And to the owners, thanks for the great work and Your professional staff.

The place was absolutely beautiful. I went there for a quince and everything was so amazing and the food was very good.

My mother-in-law was looking a banquet hall for her mothers surprise birthday party, there was at least 60 people attending. She came here to inquire about renting the hall/room & seeing what dates they had open. They told her that they wouldnt be able to give her a room bcuz she is white & they dont rent to white people.

Very nice, elegant halls. Very accommodating and clean. Staff was happy to serve. Went in the summer and the downstairs hall was a bit warm and slightly humid, but even with that slight inconvenience this place earned 5 stars from me.

Great place for hall rentals. My brother got married here over 20years ago & the place looks even better. The rates are unbelievable $50 & up. They have 2 different levels for rental.

I had the opportunity to be a guest here celebrating a quinceañera. I am not sure if catering service is included or if its an outside vendor.My self and many other guests were very disappointed on the poor service provided by the waiting staff. Dinner was scheduled for 7pm, our table did not get our food until after 8pm. There were also split tables around us where some guests had their food and some others were waiting to be served. By the time we got our food it was cold and tables that had their dinner served on time were done eating so we were rushed to eat so the staff can clean up.The space accommodated a party of about 200 people but the tables are small seating 10 people per table with no elbow room.

I never usually do ratings but I believe it was necessary this time. A few days ago, my family and I came for an event. They served us food and gave us a cup of water. The food was more spicy than we expected. We asked if we could get more water and they told us we couldnt get any drink until 9:30 pm. We had to wait almost 2 hours just for a drink. Many complained so they did serve us water 40 minutes later. Not to mention the ladies who were serving were so unorganized.

Came here for a baptism celebration. The place needs a lift! The upper area looks very old and not clean. Bathrooms seemed that they were just given a swift.

I had a wedding at this place on june 29th and was not satisfied by the service after they got paid they gave no care for us at all. First once we arrived the name on the board outside was never put as our name. The place said that it could accommodate 250 ppl on the lower level however we got 22 tables with 8 chairs each which was no where close to what they stated. Next when we went to go set up at 5pm the stairs were completely dark and they didnt turn the lights on until 6pm so moving stuff in was a hassle. Also the heat at 5 pm was really bad around 80 degrees and we kept asking if they were gonna turn the AC on however the guy kept telling us to call his boss and until after 7:30 they finally turned it on after complaining and complaining, even though the event started at 6 pm but they seemed not to care, we also had a couple people who werent able to handle the heat and had to leave. Finally getting out deposit back took almost three weeks when we first asked they said it would be given back to our card the next day and it might take 2-3 days to show up, then we called the next day and the next and finally after two weeks and threatening to call a lawyer they agreed to give us our deposit back. My family and friends all stated they would never do a party there again with that terrible service.

Went here to DJ a party... very classy place.

Recently attended a wedding reception and they counted children as adults no matter the age, without notifying anyone. That caused the wedding party to have to pay extra for the rest of the guest. The food was salty and the service was disorganized. I would have given 0 stars if I could have. Do not book your party at this location.

My family has always rented this place, and we love the service they give us but this bes the DJ was hired that is included in the package, and I told him if he could put the mañanitas for my sister and he didnt want to because that was already It was the last song and it had to stop before 12 oclock. I asked for it at the end, the mornings dont last long, if it bothers me because it was very bad vibes.

Thanks to this great room, very good service, all its staff very attentive and very friendly, I recommend them 100%, my event was of 200 people and they were all very happy, thanks to all the staff.

This place is harmonious and very comfortable. I highly recommend it for your events.
