I booked an appointment for an alignment on Friday for Monday at 10am. I show up with my wife and 18 month old baby. I waited ten minutes for them to say they didnt speak English, luckily my wife did speak Spanish. So they could not do the alignment due to their words the owner parked his car where we do that and cant move it so no we cant help you. So on top of my appointment being cancelled as we where leaving the parking lot a delivery truck blocked us from leaving, wouldnt move his truck for 5 min of me yelling at him to move. Finally someone came out and told him to move forward. This was the worst automotive experience Ive ever had. I guess they dont want money, or my service.

Been coming here for years, and in between go to a different place, just to go back to Romans cause there’s no other place I know who really leaves my car driving perfectly straight. He shows results on before and after adjustment to suspension.

Bought a “new” tire 12/2/19 along with an alignment due to a bulge in the threading. Now I’m back again due to the same problem and they claim that they never sold me a “new” tire. Brought it to discount tire and the man is now telling me that they sold me a 10 year old tote that had impact separation. Don’t bring your business here. They don’t care about their customers nor are they willing to help you out. Both of them were being complete A holes.

Overcharged to put 4 tires and balance. I was told initially it would cost 17.00 when they were done the total was 48.00. The tire pressure check i guess was not included cause the driver side was at 35 each tire and the passenger side was at front 21 and back 27. Thus the reason why driving the car felt way wrong. will not go there again and i do not recommend it for anyone.

Price was fair only thing is that they took longer then promised. I’m not sure if it was them or the parts delivery.
