Overpriced‼️I used to go to them when they first opened and their prices were okay but at least they gave good customer service. Well I haven’t been in a year and today I went in for a (gel) color change on my acrylic nails… $28! That’s only $5 different from a fill-in! Oh and they took a walk-in before me who walked in after me but made the person who had an appointment wait after us. They used to do military discounts too, I guess they stopped doing that as well. Seems to me they are charging high prices for lackluster service !

I had tried a few different places for pedicures over the last couple of years, but didnt find my spot until I found this place! Now, Im a regular there. The salon is very clean and in a great location.

The first time I went it was on Sunday for a gel manicure and regular pedicure on April 17th. Between the two it was good, but the pedicure lady was the best and focused on my needs not everyone around her. The gel nails was okay; there was lack of communication and the woman who seemed to know the most had to match my gel nails to my natural nails because the person doing my nails was incapable of matching and tried to push me into something that did not match....”closest too”. Then 12 days later I went to have my gels removed but the woman up front was so preoccupied with all the walk ins that she left my removal fouls on so long my nails began to squeeze my skin like puckering!!! I didn’t even know that was possible!!!!! After a couple of apologies it continued! I was starting to panicked and just took my fingers out of the concoction she drew for my nails!!! So glad I did!!!! They would be good perhaps even great if they DID not get so greedy and constantly focus on bringing in more clients on top of the ones the already have!!!!!!!!!!! People who heard about this please I’m so excited because they were so good but because they were so greedy they could not accommodate the people who scheduled their time on time. This made the entire event not fun or worth the wait/money....And by the way, after my gel removal and natural manicure she left me under the nail dryer without coming to confirm for over 20 minutes...the women and children who scheduled their time were surprised. Not to mention I had to stare up at the disgusting water show with a child who was asking what gross stuff was in the water and look at the dust infested tossed on cheap orchids with the price still attached! Also, no extra amenities....! They didn’t even ask, or pretend to speak English if you wanted a special moment with your best friend or daughter! Money hungry but could change their focus to become specialized in an area that can afford it!

I usually just stick to pedicures, shellac manicures, and SNS nails. This time I just felt like a change. The ladies always get my nail shape right (I am usually very particular) and do a great job to ensure I leave happy.

I came in for the first time and she was really resourceful with the color and what I wanted! My tech is awesome! Great service and they follow covid restrictions which is amazing.

Went on a busy Friday and didnt have to wait. Everyone is really nice and helpful. I am always so happy with the results and quality of my manicures. Highly recommend!

I was on vacation and wanted a pedicure. This salon did not disappoint! It was the best pedicure I have ever had done! If I was local to the area, this would be my go to salon. They were so meticulous about everything and the prices were great!

Unprofessional. I walked and was stared at and not greeted them finally the owner who sits in the front with blonde hair asked me what I needed. I got a pedicure and the water was freezing cold, turned to find out the hot water didn’t work in the tub they put me in. Okay moving on, now I had acrylic on my big toe and I didn’t want to get a fill since I was just wanting my toe to grow back the pedicurist started talking to the person next to her laughing and pointing at my toe in their own language. I asked “is everything okay?” Made me feel completely uncomfortable and not valued as a paying customer.

My manicurist is absolutely amazing when it comes to nailing the designs you want. Super super friendly staff and very clean location. Her prices are unbeatable.

This place is great. Ive been here countless of times and this is my favorite nail salon in all. Clean facilities and quality service. Ive seen many technicians and all have done a great job.

Ive been coming here with my husband to get our eye brows waxed since they opened. The lady with the blonde hair does an amazing job. I believe shes the owner but Im not sure. Unfortunately the last 2 times Ive gone a new woman has taken care of us and each time we leave looking like they did nothing. I should have known better Saturday when I walked to the back and she was the person but it was hard to tell immediately because she had on a mask. Anyway I paid and tipped like always and wouldnt have wrote a review because everyone there has always been nice and Ive been happy with it before. But the next morning I discovered she had burned my husband with the wax. He said she apologized but idk why he didnt complain. He didnt even want to say anything so I had to force him to take a picture. As you can see theres a burn and the eyebrows are not neat 2 days later.

This is a great place! They take their time and do a great job! Its a nice atmosphere. Owner was super friendly & place was spotlessly clean.

Van and Nu provided excellent care for gel manicure and pedicure. Thorough cuticle removal, detailed work and excellent service. My nails were shaped, cut and painted beautifully.

I had a gel French polish on my toes and French dipping powder on my hands. She is very talented! All staff were gracious, friendly and kind. This is now my spot!

I went to a different salon last week and after the first day one of my nails already chipped. A week later it chip even more so i texted this salon and they got me in the same day at the time i needed. Great customer service!

Ive been coming here since theyve open. I always get a full set or fill with gel and a pedicure. Jon is new to the shop and he does great work and very friendly. Kristy did my pedicure today she does great work as well. I left there very pleased. 💅🏾

On the bit of the pricier side but customer service was good, Pedicure nail polish lasted about 2 weeks, beautiful colors and clean spot.

I really love this place. I have been 3 times for pedicures. Today, I got the Royal pedicure and regular manicure. They take their time and do a good job. They do get busy and can have long waits, so get there early or be prepared to wait an hour or more.They have asnack bar in the back with snacks, water, coffee, and wine. So far though, Ive never been offered anything. They could improve upon that as well as more staff and a receptionist.The prices are reasonable, especially for the service.

This place is nice. They did a wonderful job on my nails. The color was great, they massaged my feet and hands well for the combination signature mani pedi.I took away points bc they rushed me the whole time. Also they arent straightforward about the price. They upcharged me for gel which I didnt ask for and specifically told them I didnt want. Basically they over charged me by $13 dollars and honestly I have no idea why. I wouldnt mind paying extra if it was a really great experience. They literally tried to rush me through the whole thing.They had me wash my hands in the foot spa. What is that? For a $33 manicure I shouldnt be doing it in the freaking foot spa.Usually I go to the nail spa on east Palomar and I love them but they are smaller so I cant get in as easily.I wont be back.I know things are weird with covid but for a mani pedi over $60 you better get to wash your hands in a sink.

Impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and professionalism of the nail technicians. Both times Ive gone, the regular nail polish has lasted on my nails 10 days or more. Mia gives the best leg massage for the pedicures, it felt like a professional masseuse. She doesnt skimp on the time she takes to do the pedi. I have already recommended this salon to my friends.

I really love this salon!! I just now started to get my nails done frequently and found them via Google and Im glad I did. Every nail tech is super nice and knows what theyre doing. Theyre really nice to their customers and have a nice selection of colors. I would highly recommend!

I love this place so much! I just moved to the area about 2 months ago and anyone who gets certain services done and moves, knows that moving to a new area is always a hit or miss when trying to find a nail place, a hair place, etc—but the moment I stepped into this nail salon, I was taken care of with no problem. They’re a new business, but their customer service is great! I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen, I’m always treated with complimentary wine or water, and my nails are always perfect! This is my second time going there and it was my 2nd time Andy has done my nails. I can honestly say that this place is my new home to get my nails & feet done!

This place is brand new and it’s gorgeous! It’s very clean and I love the decor! I went in to get my shellac taken off and Tina was my technician. She was super sweet and so was the rest of the staff. I got 20% off and they’ll be doing the 20% off deal for the next 2 weeks! Love their customer service, I will definitely be back in a few weeks for a mani/pedi!

Great pedi! The woman worked on my feet for an hour and 15 minutes! My running/yoga feet were demanding, and she did not rush to get me out of the chair at all! So attentive, gentle, and great. My feet sparkled!!!

They said they don’t do online appointments, I booked it a week ago, got a text message confirming as well and was told that they don’t accept online the day of. UNACCEPTABLE

I went to the salon for the first time yesterday. I liked the customer service and my technician Mia. However, I was told that gel nail polish will last 10 days and my gel nail polish has chipped today, after one day only. I am disappointed since I did my nails for my husbands birthday dinner and now I have to go with chipped nails.

Went there and my nails have dried glue coming out and it already looks grown out after one day it wasn’t filled properly and I woke up the next day and half my nail had already fallen off. It’s like cheap nail for an expensive price

Very clean and professional atmosphere and staff, Andy was super nice and funny...but I was not satisfied with the service at all! My nails started chipping the very next day. They look over a week old after a few days...I feel like I wasted my money because now I have to repaint them myself before my vacation. I wont be returning.

Went there and waited for over an hour and didn’t get services. After my girlfriend mentioned that she’s being going there for a few months and noticed her nails falling after a week, mentioning that other places have lasted a month.She went back one last time after her nails falling and noticed that they aren’t being hygienic and are using nail files from other people.

The guy that did my nails was rough, he burned my cuticle with the grinder and got primer all over my skin. He then proceeded to do my nails and while filling the gel got it all over my fingers

Came here to get a pedi but they forgot the key to open the salon.....asked me to come back in 30 minutes. Not a good look. Oh well someone else will get my money.

Brand new salon with same issues, 10minute wait turns into 40 minutes.
