Their interest rate is lower than most loan centers Ive researched. I needed a favor to print out my insurance card and I was desperate and I didnt want to drive any further without proof of insurance in my truck, I asked if she would be able to help me and she did. It’s a check cashing place that can’t handle large WesternUnion transfers. The clerk acts like giving suggestions for other places that can handle large amounts is a violation of National security.

The lady who answered the phone was very rude she did not give me any time to speak clicked on me twice and rejected my form of ID just because I have a small background. I went in to do a quick money order using the Western Union they provide, While there, the girl was very helpful but also RUDE with a friendly tone, she tried walking me through the process since it was my first time sending out a money order, they were closing soon so I did my best to fill out the information and give it to her as quick as possible, she then gave a time limit (5 minutes) supposedly because they were closing. After every minute she would tell me, you have 4 minutes, then she said you have one minute left. I handed her the papers with that last minute to spare and she typed in the information. She kept telling me the information was wrong, I got that, I also tried giving her the best information I could. What made me angry was when she said I could help you, but I dont want to and it would take me a while to figure this all out. I accepted the fact that wouldnt be able to send the money I desperately needed to be sent out, what really made me angry was her comment about how she doesnt want to not only that, but there was an older woman waiting behind me by the door, I moved to the side because the girl behind the window told me was going to help her, I thought she was going to tell the woman that they were closing and to come back tomorrow, because thats what she was telling me. When the girl notices Im about to leave she turn to me and says can you close the door behind you when you leave in the most friendliest way she can. I said Of course, yeah, sure. When I walked out I didnt even think about doing her a favor even if it were as simple as closing a door behind me. I Could have helped her, but I simply didnt want to, it would have taken me a while to close that door.Also, I was so angry at what she had said I sat in my car outside to calm myself down and let it go, I sat there for an extra 5+ minutes because, I got curious to see how long the older woman would be in there for. By the time I left she was still in there being attended. Thanks for putting me on a time limit then make comments that might get yourself fired.I will go in there and file a complaint about her to her manager.I will also never go come here again for any type of services.
