Ive been servicing this business for years. I bring at least 15 items every two weeks and Im still flabbergasted at the prices. Didnt cleaners used to be $2.00 an item?Burns brings care to clothing.

Decent service, but definitely not good or great. I have been coming here over the last year and too many of those times have they not done at least a satisfactory job. I’m talking about 60% of the time it’s decent and the other 40% of the time the service below satisfactory. A few times they’ve forgotten to put creases on my shorts or totally ruined the crease on my slacks. The ONLY benefit of this place is that they do dry cleaning & pressing on site, so they can do next day MOST of the time. THAT’S IT. I think I’ve given them many chances over the last year and I can say with full confidence that the hassle is not worth it. I don’t think I will be going back. Consumer be warned, take your clothes elsewhere!

Ive lived in this community for over 40 years and have taken a lot of things to Bob Burns Cleaners for a long time up until now have done a fair job. Today I had an unfortunate experience there. About a week ago I dropped off 2 shirts that had stains and needed to be treated and cleaned. I picked them up today and inspected my clothes and saw the stains were still there. Apparently they didnt think I was going to check. Well I did. I expressed to the manager that I wasnt happy, her solution was to get upset and not charge me. When I told her that wasnt acceptable she told me never to go back again. Im so disappointed I thought it was my duty to tell my story.

I had my wedding dress dry cleaned here after my wedding and I had to bring it back to have it redone, as there were areas that had residue from dirt and some areas looked like they hadn’t even been touched

This is usually my go to dry cleaners and I never had an issue with them at all. The only bad part is the road next to the cleaners. Makes it a hassle if you are coming from the south side of 3rd ave. Other than that they do the dry cleaning pretty well.
