I was afraid of the pricing and quality before walking in here. Both are definitely 5-stars.The Lexus dealership wanted $300 to fix a broken key case with a functioning remote. Got it done for less than $70 here. This is where I’m sending everyone who needs a professional locksmith.Also brought in a couple of locks for a re-key. Other locksmiths wanted to charge double what this place was charging. Well worth it!

Have used their services twice in the last month. They are quick, friendly, and dont scare you into an upsell. Ricardo in particular was super friendly. As a small business owner, when he mentioned the cost of an unexpected door hinge issue, I was honest and said I couldnt afford it at the moment. He didnt frown, and his tone didnt change as is the case when other services hear a no thank you. He instead offered helpful solutions for the problem, that were more affordable, and helped me save a little money. Will definitely be supporting their local business long term. And will proudly refer them to anyone who asks if I know a good locksmith service.

Had called Alcatraz locksmiths to rekey a Lockly remote lock system. They did very well. I few weeks later, I had an unrelated problem with the Lockly closing and opening in reverse. Great customer service. We had an issue with my moms car door a few times and each time Tony and Ricardo were very friendly, patient and helpful. In May, Ricardo came out to our house to unlock my moms car door. The problem was that the key would not unlock the doors so he replaced the piece that was broken. A few days ago, we had the same issue and Tony came out to help us open the door. We didnt have a receipt from the last time but he was able to help us anyway. He apologized for not having any more water bottles to offer us and asked us to come to the shop the following day to have Ricardo fix the part. The part was no longer covered by the warranty (due to us losing the receipt) but he did not charge us for labor. Ricardo fixed the door quickly. We were in and out in less than hour. I appreciate that Ricardo explained everything to my mom in Spanish so that she knew what was going on. I definitely recommend their services. They offer a seating area as well which was helpful for us because I had my baby with me.
