I took my two grandchildren, ages 4 and 8, there for a two hour visit. They both loved it! The young man who was superb was attentive, helpful and positive. It was so much fun. This grandma highly recommends.

This place is awesome! I took my 9 year old, his friend and my younger nephews this morning and they had a BLAST! They were running a promotion, so the kids got to run around for two hours for the price of one and didnt seem to get bored. I was sure they would lose interest after the first hour, but they proved me wrong. We practically had to drag them out. They have snacks and drinks for sale and the staff was incredibly kind and courteous. You need your kids to burn off some energy, check this spot out!

This place is ok, the kids went through twice and were over it. Creative idea but I cant see the kids going back again.Good to try once. Kept them busy for an hour. They dont serve food other than some candy and chips that are marked up to be very expensive. If you spend money on a birthday party you can bring snacks or food in but they made my daughter and I eat our snacks outside the front door and wouldnt let us eat at the table inside because we didnt pay for a birthday party. Pritty ridiculous considering there were tables full of outside food inside and we were made to bring our snacks our side to eat..Looked to me like the business plan needed some corrections.

Cool place to run the kids tired!!! My 4 year old had a BLAST!!!! Could use more to do but (would need a bigger facility) it really is cool for what it is! Well certainly be back!

Just brought my kids over for the first time since Covid started, and it didnt feel safe. I was shocked that the staff wasnt doing more to encourage kids under 12 to mask. Especially since they arent controling the capacity. Obviously the kids arent vaccinated. When I asked, the staff replied that they dont have to mask if they have a health condition preventing it. But NONE of the kids were wearing masks. Businesses like this stand the most to lose when the Delta variant shuts them down. Im surprised they arent being more vigilant. Needless to say, didnt stay long.

So I went online to check this place Covid-19 guidelines, and it said mask are required if not vaccinated. After showing up to the Ninja factory I see a lot of parents and kids with no mask, so I inquired with the young lady at the front register, and she informed me that there not even asking for proof of vaccine there using a honor system thats a big risk to take with kids. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. Your putting your employees and customers at high risk just to make a dollar. I praise the employees of this job, but there owner need to rethink his Covid-19 protocols.

Wanted to like this place. But after two failed attempts, we won’t be going back. Staff is awful, untrained and unprofessional. It was disgustingly hot inside. Don’t waste your money for you and your kids to be talked to in a condescending and rude manner.

It was our first time today. My child was playing on a big kids section, if it wasnt for me taking care of my child. He slipped and fell on a crack I told the employee to get him bc I cant be on the obstacle course place. The guy looked at me while my kid almost suffocated on a crack of a jumper. I had to yell at the worker 2 times to get my child and he just looked at me. They need training, since they dont let parents on top of the jumpers to save their own children. Other than that its a fun place.

Good fun for the kids. Could get a little bit pricey for jumping around on bouncy castles during covid, but a solid place to visit nonetheless.

Indoor is close but outdoor is open. All I can say is my son had a blast! He loved it!!

I had a really fun time but a mean guy with long curly black hair was really rude and this was the ninja factory in San Diego Eastlake and my freind told him he had asthma that’s why he had his mask off for a few seconds but then the employee said bro mask up and then he said he has asthma which he did and the employee that I’m talking about said everyone has asthma.so I had a fun time but that rude employee made it a little bit of my experience there not fun

Staff is the worst. Unprofessional, not geared to work with children, rude, misinformed as to their own policies. Never smile!Have given them 2 chances. Won’t be be a third.

My daughter LOVES ninja factory. Even before covid she had a blast! She started going at 2yrs old and an employee assisted her through some of the more advanced obstacles. Now at almost 4yrs old in the midst of covid, they have an epic NEW massive outdoor bounce obstacle. Physically challenging and a complete blast! We will definitely return often. Employees do assist to smaller ones when being challenged and they sanitize periodically.

We love this place. Both of our sons enjoy going here (ages 3 and 6). It is a great place for them to get energy out and have a safe and fun time. We take advantage of the monthly membership and encourage others to try it out.

We went in with my three year old and stayed a little longer than half an hour before he started crying because he couldnt do many of the activities there. I called to ask if we could get some type of refund, even partial would have been acceptable. They said that it was against company policy. Later that day, I went in person and received store credit so we are much happier with the final outcome.

Weve been here several times but now that its not connected with Play City, we probably wont be back. There are a few staff who are very polite and helpful but management generally has a really poor attitude. We booked our daughters birthday party there (late July, you either risk a super hot day outside at a park, or put down some $$ and know youll have a cool place with A/C to let kids run around. The A/C was out that entire day. We brought fans from home to try to cool down our area but everyone was completely uncomfortable. When we first asked, they told us it was on. Someone else asked later (because if it was on, it needed to be set a lot cooler), and they told us it was broken and someone would be in to fix it the next day.... Things happen but no heads up, no apology, no sense of urgency or hey, let me get some fans in here, no offer of a discount or some free passes for the kiddos, etc... and the parties arent cheap! They did NOTHING to try to help or make up for the fact that the entire place was hotter than hell. Thankfully the kids had fun but well stick to Play City from here on out.

We just had my son’s party there. Kids ranging in age from 16-7 and 2 little (under 2 years) brothers. Everyone had a blast!It allows little kids to explore and be brave in an area where they are protected, and big kids can try new things.There was even an area to do piñatas, which most party places don’t allow. All the kids had fun.You bring your own food and for our party we did lots of veggies and fruit and hot dogs.If I had to give any negatives I would recommend that they an extra fridge to store the cakes/ ice cream for parties.

Exciting place for kids who like obstacles. A little crowded when we went on a weekend, and a few teens were being pushy. Nice perk is that you can leave for lunch (like Lolitas taco shop next door!) and come back. Or you can bring food and eat there at tables inside.

Fun little indoor activity place to take the grandkids. You can bring in your own snacks & drinks for them. Some are sold there as well. My grandkids had a blast!

My son loves this place. He has so much fun when we go. Weve gone for birthdays and just for fun. My only complaint are the staff on the floor monitoring the obstacles. They seriously need some training on how to speak and treat kids. They can be rude and have a mean & condescending tone. One had the nerve to tell my son who said you can go when all he could have said was its not your turn yet or wait but he yelled at him and I was standing right there. I even commented and told him that he hadnt said it to the other kids and he got defensive and tried to say that he had already established the rules and they had to wait until the kids had jumped off which I understand but it doesnt mean you had to say it so rudely especially to kids who are just trying to have fun. I understand its not easy working in a place where kids are running freely but if you do not have the patience to work in a place that is catered to kids then find another job or please train your staff to be more patient and not so rude to the kids. Overall, the place is great. Its clean, well maintained, and the price is great for all day play.

On the positive side, this is an outstanding play area for kids 5 and up, challenging them physically in ways that are so much fun the kids keep going for hours....or at least that was our experience on a couple of days in the middle of the week. A follow up visit on a Saturday afternoon was a lot less fun.With a couple of big birthday parties underway, there was little space left for walk-in visitors, but management just kept selling more admissions. There were long lines for activities. No seating for parents. Overwhelmed staff not available to keep bigger kids from shoving little ones aside. As we complained about this, they were still letting in more unsuspecting families.We’ll keep visiting on weekdays, when things are better controlled and less crowded. It’s disappointing that management is so unaware that they’re sort of ruining what should be a very positive experience.

Spent almost 3hours here. It was worth the $15-17 all day wristband. Even though you dont spend all day. A few hours is enough. Plus they do have snacks for a minimal charge.

Had my nefews bday party here and it was amazing. The staff were awesome! I just wish I was a kid again so I can jump in on the fun!

Great place has a little of everything I would suggest this place to kids that love to jump,climb and love to do ninja stuff as you can see my daughter jumped 7or 8 feet dropped into the inflatable staff are great they encourage kids to do better faster even time my daughter .... Just really great place to take your kids energy out

The manager at this place double booked my nephews bday party and she literally told us they will not be able to accommodate us. It’s unbelievable how rude she was...
