Very impressed with this company. I had a condo that had been sitting vacant for nearly a year and we in serious need of a deep cleaning, particularly the appliances. Jessica and Judy were the two ladies that did the cleaning and they were as delightful as they were skilled at what they did. I would not hesitate to use them again. Ive never hired a professional cleaning service before, but I may just have to hire Mighty Maids more frequently. I hired them for a move-in cleaning service as the sellers left the house in such a disgusting state. The duo of cleaners showed up exactly at the scheduled appointment time, thoroughly cleaned the kitchen, refrigerator, freezer, bathroom, and floors. Even before they finished the house just felt better. It definitely smelled better! Blown away by the attention to detail, how quickly they work, and how kind they are. Instead of just washing the cabinets and drawers, they helped me peel out the disgusting, torn up kitchen liners! Already booked them for my move out cleaning as well.

Maria and Cynthia were able to come to a next day ask to surprise my fiancee and they did a deep clean. They were on time, very nice, and did a great job. I highly recommend!

I have enjoyed working with The Mighty Maids occasionally when I need extra help cleaning my house. They can get me scheduled in last minute sometimes and try to work with me as best as they can. The actual cleaning is great! They are fast and efficient and do a great job. My house smells nice and I can relax. They sometimes fit in extra cleaning if they have time. I would definitely recommend!

Their scheduling, follow up and customer service in general is sloppy. They took a few days to respond, after which the communication was choppy.I eventually canceled out of frustration, and they still called my house saying they were on their way, as well as continuing to email me after I threatened to file a complaint.Not sure of how their actual service is (never made it to that point), but there are certainly better organized services that can respond quicker and more efficiently process a customers request. Would not recommend.

I got more than I initially asked for but I couldnt be happier. I have granite counters with a pattern that camouflages and some spots were missed where I found crumbs, but they did such a good job overall that it didnt even matter to me.

In the middle of moving and in the midst of a pandemic, this was a huge job that was taken off my shoulders. I sincerely appreciate all their hard work. I would highly recommend.

The ladies Judy and Zyz who performed the “move-out” cleaning services were great, however, there were a few surfaces left unclean or not to the “deep cleaning” standard becoming of a cleaning service. The deep move-out clean includes the cleaning of: bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen, Living room, Baseboards, Floors, Surfaces, Dusting, Windows interior, Ceiling fans, Showers, Toilet, appliances interior, and Cabinets interior.The oven, for example, still had grease and grime, the microwave had oil spots, some kitchen cabinets were left unclean on the outside, the contact point of the dishwasher was dirty, a section of baseboard in the master bath and second bedroom was left untouched, the master bedroom windows and dining room windows were not cleaned, and some shelving was left un-dusted. The supervisor I spoke with offered to have the ladies come back and clean what was missed after hours the next day, but I surrendered the apartment that day so it wouldn’t have made sense. No other compensation or rectification was offered for my experience. Booking the services was very easy once I called the listed phone number on Google. As an aside, I think it’s important to note that you should be very specific in what you want. Make no assumptions about what you THINK a particular service offers.I assume Google’s “request” function is not working for The Mighty Maids because I used it twice and never heard from anyone. Better attention to detail would make the ladies much more productive so that the ladies DON’T have to come back and re-clean things. All in all, with a military and/or student discount the price was worth me not having to deal with the trouble of cleaning an entire two bedroom apartment myself, so my focus could be on other parts of my move. However, I still had to go back and rectify the above issues which, silver lining, is a lot less than cleaning an entire apartment by myself. Thank you again to Judy and Zyz for coming out!

I just had three wonderful Mighty Maids do an outstanding job in our move-out cleaning service. They really went above and beyond and made sure everything was as sparkling clean as even before we moved it. I explained we were trying to get as much of our deposit back and Lety, Norma and Maria more than impressed me with the best cleaning job. I’m a previous military spouse and had to move around a lot and can honestly recommend the Mighty Maids as the best cleaning service in San Diego.

Victor and his team are fantastic. The Mighty Maids staff takes direction really well. They are always available at a moments notice. They even fold laundry!! They dont break your household items either (this has been an issue with other services I have used in the past). The Mighty Maids were AMAZING!!!!!!! We bought a house Tuesday that needed to be deep cleaned ASAP before we moved in. I called them Wednesday and they set up an appointment for Thursday at 12:00 pm! So they were FAST & very easy to work with. The houses baseboards, windows, walls, light covers, ceiling fans, shower heads, closets, STOVE, MICROWAVE, CABINETS!!!! Everything!!! Everything needed to be cleaned and given TLC. It was GROSS! They walked in, greeted me greatly and we talked a little bit and THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING YALL!!! Everything. The front door, the small cracks and crevices, the stove inside and out was immaculate. All of the appliances, everything. They did a phenomenal job! They SCRUBBED layers of grease off of the stove. So if y’all are wondering if they really do a good thorough job, they do! Communication is always best so just let them know what you want specifically and they will do that and everything else anyways! When they were about to be done they gave me a 30 minute courteous call so I could meet them at the house and do a walk around. Anything else you see that you want done, they will do happily! They cleaned my entire 2bed 2bath TWO story house in less than 2.5 hours! Amazing!! I will use them again if need be!!!

He even made the extra effort to offer to call me to discuss details and explain how the service works.I was able to schedule a same week cleaning for Saturday.Day of: Oscar and his crew called me 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. Which is great because I was running errands.They did a great job and even got rid of some hard to clean spots on the stove! Oscar also did great with my dogs before we left.Overall wonderful and painless experience. If you can go for Saturdays and ask for Oscar and his crew! :)

Contacted The Mighty Maids to get our places cleaned and ready for a party we were having. Communication between us and Victor was clear and he was very attentive to our specifics. Their team came and were very thorough with the cleaning. We had some stains on our sinks in the bathrooms and they were able to get them out! That’s huge considering we’ve tried for so long to get those out. We have a dog so we asked them to help with getting the smell out of certain places in the house and they did just that!
