We were trapped in San Diego for the week between Christmas and New Years due to a catastrophic failure of our automatic transmission and flywheel on our 05 Ram 2500 Cummins Diesel. Ben came to our rescue with a calming smile on his face and worked hard to get us safely back home on our schedule at a very fair price. Ben and his team have fantastic customer service, are reliable, and do fantastic work. Highly recommended.

Had an ageing 4Runner (16 years old) with an engine failing (very high mileage). Ben tracked down a much better used engine from out of the area and had it shipped, then he prepped it, re-did all the major seals and put in new plugs and had it running as good as a new 4Runner for a very acceptable price. He even put in a higher quality starter than you can buy at the local parts stores. He gets many parts from Japanese manufacturers who built replacement parts to Toyota specs (not Chinese!) and this helps explain why local parts fail so often (even when they have a lifetime warranty - still have to keep changing it out). I just hit 300K miles on the beast.

RATON--THIEVES! I had a problem shifting into gear and the boss there said no problem. You need a clutch job! I said, I just had one 9 months ago. The boss said that It will fix the problem. After a clutch job i still had the problem. I went back only to have this guy only to tell me thats the way its suppose to be. A hard shift that doesnt want to go into gear after the transmission is warmed up. Then i had it worked on by a REAL PRO who a real friend knew just what was wrong by sitting in my F150 and asking me just a few questions and cost half the price. Dont go to a MICKY MOUSE mechanic who doesnt know what their talking about.$632.86 for removal and replaced clutch on F150. THEY DIDNT DO THE WORK.

Honest and fair priced repairs....they can repair all makes. Weve brought them VWs, BMW, Ford, Toyota and Acura. They can fix them all. Ben is friendly and very knowledable and makes sound recommendations to keep your car running. Dont let the name fool you. They do a lot more than transmissions. From a basic oil change to timing belts. Theyve been able to tackle any car issues weve had.
