I love the people who work there.. They help me when i had to learn how to stop one the ocean.. And when I have to ship things from my shot they dont complain when I have 20 boss to ship at one time...plus tons more.

They are constantly delivering packages late and they have now lost a big order I placed. The tracking said chowchilla post office excepted the package but when I called I was on hold forever then I had to go down there for them to say no it was the company. I just think someone there took it, it was a Victoria secret package how convenient.

Probably the best looking building in Chowchilla . Clerks have great attitude . There is barely any line, don’t have to stand long . They offer passport services too . They have a great management staff and address problems quickly !

Staff is very friendly, but the mask ordinances arent being enforced at all. Please start refusing service for maskless folks!

Very very poor customer service. Second time they lose my Amazon orders. First time they marked it as delivered, so when I went outside to check 3 minutes after it said it was delivered and there was nothing there. Second time my package was delivered to Chowchilla post office and was delayed the very same day. I called 3 days later and The guy working there said he doesnt know what happened and would ask carrier to see what happened and would call me back by 4pm. 3 days later I have to call back because I still havent received a package or a call back so I give them a call back. At this point I am very irritated by the mans poor customer service and unprofessionalism. He didnt even seem to care and just said I dont know where at its not here. Im so glad Im moving and I wont have to deal with chowchilla USPSs unorganized and unprofessional employees and service.

Staff is nice and pleasant. People who are impatient have to remember that this is a small post office with only one person there sometimes. Every time I have gone in the staff that is there is nice and polite.

THIS POST OFFICE IS SCREWED UP. IT TAKES 4 OR FIVE DAYS TO DELIVER PRIORITY FOR $8.00 FROM CHOWCHILLA TO MERCED. USELESS AND WORTHLESS SERVICE.

I can always tell when our usual carrier is not working, I get a stuff and tuck in the box! PLEASE LET ME HAVE MY MAIL DELIVERED TO MY HOME, NOT DOWN THE STREET!! MORE CONVENIENT FOR YOU?!? LOSS OF $$$ TO MY FAMILY!! THIEVES WAITING TO STEAL PACKAGES AT. 22 1/4 AND FAIRMEAD BLVD!!

I recieved my neighbors mail which had a check in it, i kindly walked it to her and a few days later I saw the posman walking with my VERY IMPORTANT red package, let him come to my mailbox went to check it and nothing... Guessing he put it in my neighbors mailbox but they werent so kind to return it to me. Ugh

Everyone in there is so rude. 4 of my packages were stolen and they wont do anything about it. I have an online store so the packages were peoples orders and they just said thats too bad. Their mailbox was broken into is why they were stolen. They just dont care. So many people lost their packages and letters and they are doing doing a thing about it.

I ordered something from amazon, got an email saying they attempted to deliver which they didnt, went to the post office where my item was supposed to be and they couldnt find it. This post office needs better employees

Staff was friendly but it took an hour for them to help us with our passport applications. We were just standing around. Keep in mind that we got there early...Then I got notified right then and there that I had to bring photos so I had to go to rite aid. It was a bad experience, next time Ill just go somewhere else.

Wheelchair accessible. You can get passports there.

I received my mails 2 days in a row OPENED! I am trying to call the post office for explanation but the phone is always busy.
