I give it four star because the gale that keep it clean are just wanderful they do a great job they even supply disinfectants and towls they really are great however they have a lot of machine that dont work they need better maintance on machines on a regular basis it sucks trying to get a dryer when the ones that are working or working good and actually dry your clothes are all takin u have to wait and that is frustrating cause theres so many more of them but you cant use them or waist your money on them

Its a great place to do laundry. Ive been going there for years. Recently remodeled but still has some kinks to work out. I took my children with me last time, it was the morning of superbowl Sunday and fairly busy. I was about halfway through the wash when one of the super washers began to leak all over the floor. I attempted to call management. So were a few other customers. Our children were trying to walk past this puddle and slipping and falling. I put my toddler in her stroller after she slipped and fell and sat my other in a chair near me. 20 or so times calling a voicemail that has not been set up yet while listening to my kids whine and fuss and seeing several people nearly hit the floor bringing their laundry in my washer was finally done and I loaded up and left. I was frustrated I couldnt reach anyone.

Dryers hardly work. If you call about a dryer not working that offer to send a check. A check? For $1.00? Not worth the time. And its usually dirty.
