My husband and I visited them yesterday and everyone was so nice. We took a look at two places and the agent that was showing us the homes was super sweet. I had quite a few questions and she did the very best at answering them. The day we called to ask for a viewing our phone call was answered and not ignored like other management companies we’ve experienced. They also answer your emails rather quickly so we didn’t feel stressed about not hearing an answer back. We hope to be working with the company very soon as we enjoyed our experience very much.

Nikki is a very combative realtor. The home owners wanted to sell us their house, but Nikki did not. She dragged her feet at every opportunity and bullied the home owner on several occasions. She does not have the personality to be a realtor. I will be relaying my horror story every chance I get. I certainly would not use London Realty and most definately not Nikki, in the Chowchilla office.

From the moment we started renting we were judged and lectured by Sharon. Yes we’re young yes our credit wasn’t perfect but it’s good. Then when I got my service/emotional support dogs she tried to kick us out and tried to make us pay a deposit (You can’t make renters pay for service animals, it’s against the law) then she continued to harass us via letters almost once a week we received a letter as to some bs reason she had. Finally my husband and I have up and decided to move out once our one year lease was up. After we notified her we planned on not renew your lease the letters stopped. Then when we moved out, we did the walk through (which was video recorder and pictures were taken) Sharon said NOTHING about anything being wrong with the unit. I had cleaned it and had the carpets professionally cleaned. It wasn’t until two weeks after we moved out that all of a sudden “major” repairs needed to be made. When we had first moved in Niki told us that the previous tenant left some shelves and a work bench in the garage that we were welcomed to take when we left, that we would “be doing her a favor by taking them out” I hade 3 people with me there when she said that. Well Sharon “didn’t know anything about this” Niki lied and they wanted them back. So we took the shelves and the work bench back. Because it was such a big deal. Well come to find out THEY THREW THE WORK BENCH AWAY! They made a huge deal for something they were going to throw away. They also took our $1,300 deposit and still said we owed them almost $500.I also found out that they tried to keep money from a different tenant that the owner was going to pay them if they moved out early because they were selling that house.Unfortunately this London Properties location i. Chowchilla is not good. They’re rude, they lie and they judge you right i from of your face. NEVER going through them again.
