We recently bought a house and were told our unit was new. During a storm our unit went out. After filing our claim they were here as soon as the rain let up so they could get up on the room. They really worked with us on throughly explaining what could happen, what we could do. They offer us many solutions if our insurance was to deny our claim. Offers financing. Terry was very friendly and knew how to explain in terms we could understand. Would recommend and go through them again

My AC went out at 9:00 and was fixed by 12:00. Thank you Steve for the service and Terry for the quick turn around and the nice way I was treated by the A&R it was better than family.
