I filed my taxes at Jackson Hewitt the other day and I was completely satisfied with the experience. I had moved to wisconsin and had 2 tax returns, and was able to get them done within an hour, the lady that help me was nice and generous. I would definitely go there again next year!

I made an appointment. Arrived early. There was someone already there. I expected they would be wrapping up soon; however, we had to STAND for 35 minutes waiting for our turn. There were other people waiting before us, but I needed to say we had an appointment, which made me uncomfortable. The lady did not introduce herself, did not go through the process, and did not discuss the cost. She went very fast, which is good and bad. The cost for a college student to do her taxes here ended up being $259. That is extremely high. Never again. Then, the next day, I receive an email saying We Missed You! Please reschedule your appointment. Really! Ugh!

Only getting one star because I can’t leave less. Spent 3 hours here with a lady that had no clue what she was doing. He boss was even worse. Wasn’t filling out the forms correctly and telling us “that part doesn’t matter”. If you wanna get audited go here. If you want your taxes done right do it yourself with turbo tax or taxact
