Brittney and her crew do a great job. Thank you so much Brittney! You are wonderful and your rural route drivers do an important job. Tune out the negative comments people leave and consider the source. After all youre living in Chippewa Falls Wisconsin, a rural area, stuck in the past.

Update: Again today 6/27/21 Driver failed to deliver packages. I WAS STANDING OUTSIDE TO RECEIVE THEM! The driver turned around and left without even slowing down! Marked the package as undeliverable. So here is my impression..the Post Office is paying drivers to deliver packages. They drive around stating that they cant deliver them and basically get paid to CRUISE AROUND TOWN.! Dont even bother with Sunday delivery and save the wages that are being paid for NOTHING! The Sunday drivers are just passing the work to regular staff anyway and that is a good thing at least the regular driver does a good job but as far as Sunday DONT BOTHER! Apparently one star is as low as I can rank this service but it definitely doesnt deserve it. Previous Review: Although they were delivering to a business they said attempted delivery and since a staff member went out to the truck they delivered one package but not the other and then the next day also said delivery attempted even though the business was open and NO attempt was made top deliver the item. This is simply unacceptable to say there was no access to the front door when staff went out to accept delivery and still not receive all items!

I personally gave a prepaid envelope and brought it inside to a women working at the counter at the down town post office at 3pm on a Tuesday. Tracking showed it didnt leave the Chippewa Falls post office till the next day at 4pm. No excuse for that.

The post office gets much grief from you uneducated masses that live in Chippewa. To prove my point, 60% of you voted for trump…OMG. I’d like to see any of you people deal with the pressure Amazon and other retailers have put on the post office, especially in the time of covid when everyone is shopping online. You couldn’t, I guarantee it!! So the next time you get impatient with the post office, remember and tell yourself I couldn’t do this job it’s too much pressure and go back to your assembly line where everything is repetitive and easy. Remember manufacturing JOBs are what that misogynist promised you.

Today I received a box that is wedged in the mailbox! They had to put it in with some force. Guess that was easier than getting out of the mail buggy and walking. if it dont fit, force it. i received my neighbors mail again.

*Update 11/10/2020* I am again on the phone with the local post office as they have marked packages of mine as Held - Customer Request. This is completely falsified and an excuse to not deliver mail at a whim. Additionally we have noted several Mondays with expected deliveries in the past 3 months that have been *skipped* IE - we never got mail for the day even when tracking shows it as out for delivery - they were either marked as held per customer request or unable to access mailbox - nothing has changed with our mailbox, it is 100% accessible & I have a camera on it at all times. This is just a running joke that will continue to develop apparently - we are filing federal complaints at this time.Again my mail is withheld for seemingly no reason. I have not received mail here in at least 4-5 days, but its unknown for sure, as there are no notifications of why it has not been delivered.Perhaps it was not delivered today because it rained.Perhaps it was because of an equipment failure.Perhaps it was because of a carrier failure.Just fix it! We dont care why just deliver our mail daily as promised by USPS!!!!!

I live in Socal. My girl from Chippewa Falls sent me 8 mason jars of North Carolina Bamboo and they got to me all broken! I was looking forward to doing Mukbang with my mom with the bamboo. Please take care of your future customers’ boxes! The box came to me re-wrapped in MSP.

Great post office. Love it so much I got a bike with the brand written all over it. I dont know why people insist on taking time to write such horrible things about them.

Worst “service” ever. It’s constant issues due to pure laziness from the workers.Adding to this 11/2020 - having issues again. They simply won’t deliver items and they make up the reason, the latest was “customer requested pickup at post office”. We never requested that. So here we are on the phone with the post office again. I cannot believe the amount of issues that come from this post office, it’s mail, deliver it, it’s not that hard. We pay for amazon prime for two day delivery and USPS delays it to a point where it’s not worth it.

Sad to say this, but there was absolutely no friendly customer focused service.

This is the worst post office I’ve encountered. They consistently hold packages past the original delivery date. The mail carriers can’t ever seem to update tracking info when a package is delivered. We are always getting someone else’s mail.

I tend to visit kiosks at grocery stores or use UPS rather than go to the post office, but that used to be for convenience. Earlier this week, I went to the post office to retrieve mail that wasn’t delivered during our recent nasty weather, which is fine, I get it. However, the woman at the counter wasted no time in chastising my husband and me for not making our mailbox more accessible. During ice storms and blizzards. Sure thing. To top it off, she very clearly took a cigarette break before coming back to the counter with our mail. Hugely disappointing and disgustingly unprofessional overall.

By far, and I mean really far the worst post office ever. Constantly get our mail delivered to our neighbors. When you call people are very rude and never seem to change anything. What a shame!

I spoke with two representatives by the name of Kim and Jake. They were both very kind, and courteous! (December 16, 2019)

Would be cool if I could not get my neighbors mail... Consistently getting the wrong persons mail that doesn’t even come close to my name or address.

Everyone Ive encountered here is useless... Seriously straighten up!

Kim Luth is the worst post master ever! She sent conspirators to fudge up my deliveries. Pam came in and totally rearranged my system. Gretta was a total joke! She had lifting restrictions, but when Pam showed up, she could magically lift packages. And to all of those victims our there...its all about speed not accura ts speed. Id have people case for me and Idacy i have to stop and fix deliveries ALL THE TIME bc casees did not put the mail in the correct addresses. So sad there are people like me who work for precision and not speed.oh ua, Ms. atSteinmetze six too! Came to reprimand me after wajw was walking out of a bar.60% of postal workers are eligible for retirement in the next 5 years. Its only going to get worse.i also have reports from other carriers that Kim would sleep in the back seat while observing routes.i was also told that if I had to go to the bathroom during my roiay, o was supposed to squat on a corn field...not joking!

Most unreliable post office I have ever had the courtesy of working with.....Still waiting... It is a federal offense for anyone to withhold mail. Low workforce? No excuse. Called today about shipping prices and talked to a man named Steve he was so helpful and very pleasant..please see he gets recognized for this..

Worthless lazy carriers! Nothing but problems! Lazy workers who don’t want to do their job! Missing or stolen packages, employees who don’t deliver packages and then lie about it. USPS doesn’t realize the people they’re trying to scam have security cameras that catch them in their lies. Unacceptable!

Continue to put my mail on hold and when it’s the apartment next to me that is causing them issues instead of me. Then called to fix it and they hang up on me.

Some of the rudest workers ever. Its sad when people go to the grocery store to handle their postal business over going to the post office.

Where should I begin...Mail shows up in our box already partly opens, and have had several packages get lost. They do not take responsibility if they loose your mail. They put the blame on me saying I must have gotten it, when Im standing there looking at an empty mailbox.

Flat out rude people.

Havent had mail delivered in over a week and i havent been given a reason why
