Stepping up while others complain about our situation. These guys took the initiative to create a system for our neighborhood when there was none available. It works great. I have been working at home for almost a year and with only one hardware problem that was resolved right away.

Very dodgy connection/speedResidential package states that you will receive 8mb download speed for $50 a month (which should be criminal as it is), but when tested will only clock in at 1.9mb/s max if I am at home alone. When others are home the download speed rarely passes 1mb/s. The only reason we havent switched to another provider, and trust me we wish we could, is because there are no other providers in the area. Im sure the guys at orchard wireless know this and dont bother to improve there speeds/connection because there is no other option . Really makes me sad that this is what I have resulted to, but I am tired of waiting 20+ hours for things to download. Hope this can change-A frustrated customer
